    Mouldy rooms and rude staff

    Please take the time to read this review. We booked this hotel through Jet2, as part of a package holiday. The photos displayed online looked absolutely lovely, the rooms looked modern, bright and clean. We were so excited for our romantic trip to Paris for a birthday and anniversary. We arrived to the hotel and checked in with no issues. However our room was laced with thick mould, mostly around the ceiling and curtain area, but also spread to the headboard. We found the pillows on the bed to be touching the mould spores and instantly pulled the bed away from the wall slightly. We spoke with Jet2 who spoke to the hotel reception to organise a deep clean whilst we were out the next day. This never happened. We put up with the room for 3 out of our 4 nights, as the mould was dry and we could pull the bed away from the head board each night. However on our final evening, we returned to the room to find extreme condensation and mouldy water dripping on the bed and floor. We felt disgusted and went down to speak to reception. The receptionist told us to wait until he had finished his cigarette outside before greeting us. He moved us rooms, so at 10pm we packed up and moved to the third floor. The new room was also infested with thick mould and at this point we felt completely helpless, as reception refused to move us again and Jet2 were unable to help due to the time of night. This hotel is in an unacceptable state and the mould is absolutely a health risk, especially when sleeping inside these rooms for multiple nights. Coming back to a dirty, mould infested room every night completely ruined our stay, as we could not relax. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

    We came to Paris on our Honeymoon. The first night everyone was very nice and then the next day we met Elisa and she was amazing. We loved coming down for the day and seeing her. We would tell her our plans and she would give us more places to see and eat. When we come back to Paris we will stay at your Hotel. It was an amazing experience.     Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay – We Had to Leave Immediately

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience at Hôtel Atrium in Suresnes. This stay was part of a 50th birthday gift from my wife’s family — a weekend in Paris we were truly looking forward to. Unfortunately, the hotel fell far below acceptable standards.Upon arrival, we were immediately concerned by the rundown entrance and dirty lift shaft. But the real issue was the room itself: extensive black mould along the ceiling and walls made it completely uninhabitable. The health risk was obvious and unacceptable.The receptionist offered to show us another room, but given the severity of the mould, we didn’t feel safe remaining in the building. We checked out immediately and booked alternative accommodation at our own expense.We’ve since contacted the booking provider (easyJet), but were told we weren’t eligible for a refund because we didn’t inspect the second room. In our view, the situation was beyond a simple room swap — it was a serious hygiene issue.I hope this review encourages the hotel to address these problems urgently. Paris is a beautiful city, and no guest should have to start their trip this way.     Perfect stay, excellent location

    We loved this hotel. From the complementary coffee machines and water refills to the excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and stylish comfort. The pretty roof terrace with loungers, comfy seating and views of the Eiffel Tower (check out the light display on the hour at night) was a delight, as were the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, including the cleaners. A really lovely, comfortable quality place. We didn’t locate the pretty town square until the day we were due to leave, even though it wasn’t far at all! We should have asked at reception. Great bistros, bars etc there. The hotel is only moments from the tramline and so cheap and easy to get around Paris from there, also great for the nearby shopping at La Defence.Will be back for sure!     The hotel's in a great spot, like a minute from the tram station! The room was good and clean! The reception folks were super nice 🙂 but the room was boiling! I don't think the AC was working, and we couldn't cool down. They say the rooms are soundproof, but they're not! Plus, the bar was in the breakfast room and wasn't open. The pool table was missing a ball, and we couldn't find the cues. And, sorry to say, the breakfast wasn't great 😐 but the rooftop terrace was cool for seeing the Eiffel Tower!
