    This hotel has a very strict cancellation policy. I had booked a 2-night stay with them less than 10 hours ago. I woke up and my fever has not subsided, so I decided to call off the trip. I attempted to email the property to ask if they would allow me to use the credit for future use and apologized, as health issues cannot be foreseen, but I was denied right away.

    Perfectly serviceable hotel in a good part of Paris.The staff is all very friendly and does speak English. Definitely enough to get your room sorted.The room I stayed in was absolutely tiny, but that’s fine for me and my wife. We’re both large humans and had a rough time showering, but this doesn’t really bother us too bad if we’re only staying for a few nights.Room was spotless and clean. Not sure if there was AC as we just left the window open for cool air.If you’re cool with tiny then this is nice for the price

    We had such a lovely, warm welcome to this hotel - Nabila at reception went the extra mile to find us another blanket (we were visiting in cold weather) and was such a delight to chat to! The other staff were also friendly & helpful.The room was well-designed and stylishly decorated throughout. We had a room facing the very quiet street, and a sweet Juliet balcony. The main areas of Paris were easily accessible on foot and there were plenty of charming eateries nearby, as well as cute shops.Definitely would recommend staying here; a well-priced, comfortable stay.

    The staff was superb! Each and every staff member was welcoming, friendly, yet professional, and always willing to help. Kudos to all of them! The room was small, but I was expecting that, so there were no surprises there. The hotel is very close to shops, bars, restaurants, and public transportion, yet in a quiet street, where at night, your sleep is not disrupted. I will happily stay here again in my future travels.

    We booked this hotel very last minute after finding bedbugs in the room we had previously booked. After leaving that place and arriving at this hotel, we were so happy! The place is spotlessly clean, the beds are fitted with mattress protection and the staff were very, very friendly. We had such a bad start to our trip, but getting settled in this hotel really helped us to relax and begin our holiday. I would absolutely return to stay here in the future!
