    DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTELOn top of all the problems we experienced during our stay, I tried to file a complaint here and also on Instagram — and was simply blocked. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers.Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they choose to silence guests who complain. That is unacceptable.Terrible customer service, zero empathy, and no real concern for their guests. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience only gets worse over time. However, we would like to clarify a few points in order to provide accurate information to future guests.The room size strictly corresponds to the category booked. It is also important to note that, by Parisian standards and considering the price paid, the rooms at Hotel B55 are more spacious than those offered by many hotels in the same range.Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., as clearly indicated. As in any hotel or restaurant, the dining area must then be cleared and cleaned. Our team always does its best to remain flexible when possible, but extending the service well beyond the scheduled time is not feasible.Regarding the spa, it is clearly stated that access is an optional paid service. The total cost of €35 for the entire stay represents approximately €5 per day and remains very competitive. Contrary to what is mentioned in the review, no additional €50 charge was applied. The sauna was unavailable for one day only, for which we apologized at the time; it was fully operational for the remainder of the stay.Finally, the dissatisfaction expressed appears to be linked to a request to modify a non-refundable reservation. As with airlines or train companies, such bookings do not allow changes. Exceptions are granted only in serious and exceptional circumstances.Our team is committed to transparency, professionalism, and respectful service.     The hotel is extremely clean, staff very helpful (lending me an adapter when I bought the wrong one) breakfast variety great ) lots of supermarkets in the area which is quiet. Easy transport links to the centre. Pool booking was easy, charge is per stay so make the most of it. Max 4 people so we had it to ourselves. ( we were gifted this which was very kind! ) Yes it is further away from the city but us as a family we preferred that. There is also a lovely park with a lake within walking distance. The only negative was the room was a little hot and the tv had Netflix and apps but nothing would connect so no English channels to watch. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.     My husband and I loved our stay at B55. Since it was our first time in Paris and we were only there for a few days, the staff's help was great!The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help with everything. They even made an effort to speak to us in Spanish, which was such a lovely and welcoming touch! Their recommendations were spot on.Also about the pool, we were able to have it all to ourselves, and enjoying the warm water while it was so cold outside was suuper nice and so relaxing! The hotel has a very calm atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious.We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!     I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to, especially for any other parents with young babies potentially staying - if you do stay you should bring your own travel cot, as the one they provided was soiled - see below and pictures. First of all it’s not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! Mainly down to the service. Rude on several occasions.When we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist who checked us in barely said hello and offered no pleasantries, only told us what time check out was when we prompted, no welcomes of help to access the city for sightseeing etc.We arrived in the room and there was no baby cot, despite me saying on the booking form and emailing to double check, I tried to call down but no one answered the phone despite trying numerous times, I went down to re request the cot and was told she would try to get one, I said how important it is that we need it and she said ‘ok’. We also wanted to get a bottle of bubbly for the room as it was my husband’s birthday. They said they would bring one up. After waiting 1 hour, I went down to check if it was still coming and they said that the wine fridge was locked and they didn’t have the key. We gave up on that.When we went for dinner we asked about the cot again as it had still not been delivered a couple hours later after we had checked in and we were told it’s now at reception but we’d need to bring it up to the room and assemble it ourselves as there is no one else to watch the reception. The cot was heavily used and dirty (what appears to be soiled) and had rips in (see pictures attached).The room itself is a lot smaller than appears in the pictures and is basically on the same par as a Travel Lodge / Holiday Inn room, the fan in the shower didn’t work and there was mould in the bathroom (see pictures).On the first morning, housekeeping knocked on, my husband answered and asked if they could return an hour later as we were getting ready to leave, the woman sighed so loud and said ‘ok’ - I heard the sigh from inside the room! The one redeeming aspect of the hotel is the indoor pool, which is nicely designed and clean. You have to book a slot, but I guess it’s because it’s a relatively small area. However, once we checked out we were told we need to pay €35 for each time we used it, despite no one ever telling us this before or when we booked our slot at reception. What sort of hotel charges you to use the pool - furthermore what supposed 4* star hotel does? I flatly refused to pay as we were never told when booking to use the pool. They agreed and waived the pool fee.All in all I’d never stay at this hotel again, some of the staff were rude and the cot they provided was disgusting and not safe for a baby to sleep in, not family friendly at all, despite how they advertise they are. On-site communication always allows for a quick solution, rather than waiting until the end of the stay to post your remarks online.We would also like to remind you that access to the pool comes with an additional fee of €35 for the entire stay, not per use, as clearly indicated on our platforms, in the booking conditions, and at the time of confirmation information you clearly did not take the time to review.Finally, our housekeeping team noted that the room was left in a condition that did not respect either the premises or their work, which we particularly regret (wine stains on the duvet and bed) something you also failed to mention.We encourage all our guests to communicate their expectations during their stay so that our 4-star team can respond as best as possible. Patience, along with respectful communication, remains essential to ensuring everyone’s satisfaction.We wish you all the best.
