    Very nice hotel with outstanding service

    The room was quite small, as is common in Paris. Very lovingly furnished, clean, with a fantastic view and a large roof terrace. Nice bathroom. What was missing: hooks for hanging towels and jackets. The service was very good, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members were outstanding. The location of the hotel is top-notch. We would choose this hotel again.     My wife and I have been visiting Paris for over 35 years and have stayed at a number of hotels and apartments in the 6th. We just stayed at Hotel Bonsoir Madame for the first time and loved it. So many positives! The staff are wonderful-Anna greeted us so warmly and ensured everything was perfect. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Superior rooms are small but decorated nicely with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The buffet breakfast has everything you want in a comfortable area. There is also an honor bar which makes a great way to bring snacks back to the lounge. The private spa steam room was truly great on the cold December afternoons.Be sure to buy one of the small jars of honey right from the bee hives on the roof of the hotel.     We had an incredible 4 night stay and can’t recommend this hotel more. In particular, I feel quiet unwell just before Christmas and the staff went above and beyond to secure a doctor call out for me, I can’t speak highly enough for their care and hard work through long times waiting on the phone for us. Besides that, we had a fantastic club room, which was very spacious and had plenty of storage space in the room and bathroom. It was easy to connect t the wifi and stream to the TV. The rest of the hotel was cute, comfortable and clean. We loved the location, on a quiet-ish street but not a far walk from a tonne of shops and restaurants. An incredible stay the 6th, would highly recommend.     Beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, right next to the Luxembourg Gardens. The location is fantastic!The staff is very friendly, and everything is kept very clean. Our room (street view) was small but well organized with plenty of storage. The bathroom had an amazing shower, with robes and slippers provided, and lots of space to keep toiletries. Towels were just okay in quality, but still fine. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast since there’s a fantastic artisan café-restaurant right across the street where we ate instead.A couple of things I didn’t love: 1. For a hotel of this quality, it would have been nice to have complimentary umbrellas available (most boutique hotels we’ve stayed in offered this). 2. A billing mistake was made at checkout, and I was charged again for the stay. However, when I called back, the front desk was very pleasant, took my information, and promptly issued a refund.Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a great location, and I would happily stay here again.
