    Friendly staff. Nice location in a very quiet area with a charming neighborhood. The room is very comfy with a nice terrace and clean. I slept like a baby thanks to the quality of the bed.     We recently stayed at the hotel Botaniste for a football trip to watch PSG. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk from Parc De Princes and was in a really nice part of Paris. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, good value for money.My son left behind his Xmas present an Apple watch, but Clara and the team very extremely helpful and helped me retrieve this item via UPS.     Very good hotel, nice staff, good location in a safe residential area. Close to metro station, restaurants and bakeries also nearby. New building, refurbished, decent-sized rooms.
