    Location was superb, being close to the Arena for the tennis. Team were helpful and polite. No restaurant on site, but there are lots just a short walk, it does have a nice small bar area. Breakfast was good, it a bit busy. Rooms clean. I would stay here again.     Perfect for a venue a the arena!

    I stayed there for a concert and I was satisfied with the location. The hotel is very near from the arena (10 min by walking). In addition, the room are clean and the staff is very nice, especially the staff at the breakfast. We had to leave quickly and they managed to do a box for a us that was very nice! Cheer up to them!! I recommend the hotel for an event ord for a quick trip in the capital of love!     Hotel is very tidy and very handily being near the metro. Stayed for a total of 23 nights with my team over the Olympics and Paralympics. Breakfast was good and available from 6.30 until 10am. No restaurant onsite but the small shopping / eating area was only a few hundred meters away with a great selection of food and boutique shops open till late.Only disappointment was the showers in each of the 7 rooms we had which consistently had water temperature control problems also 5 of the rooms had small shower cubicles.Place was always clean and staff super helpful.     Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I was there for a month for work, and had 6 hot showers. My 9 complaints to the front desk fell on deaf ears. They put me in the tiniest of rooms on a single very uncomfortable bed which made sleeping well a rarity. Every time a door was shut on my floor it blaster through the building. TV didn’t work, light bulbs blown, and breakfast didn’t change one in the month I was there. 50% of the staff were nice, the other 50 not. Will not be returning. Looking forward to returning home to a nice hot showing and comfortable double bed.     Don't stay here if you can. There was a mouse in the lobby and the staff didn't seem to think it was odd.
