    This hotel is well situated for the metro and offers low cost secure parking.However our experience wasn’t great . A very small cramped room, e.g a desk and chair but so close to the bed , we couldn’t pull it out . No bedside shelf/table, not room to pass each other by the beds .Curtain hung onto the kettle . We requested housekeeping, towels removed and not replaced, no cleaning , no hostess tray filled up, never had any milk. Breakfast basic.

    Other than the cleanliness of the place there are few redeeming features. Food was edible.The main issue is with service: it was awful, with rude, and I mean RUDE reception staff. (The security person was pleasant though, and seemed embarrassed by the behaviour of his colleagues). The restaurant staff were, on the whole, indifferent except for one older man who nearly had an older woman customer in tears with his attitude towards her.If you have a choice to go elsewhere then go.     hotel rooms are small and neglected.employees are uninterested. you pay for everything. room are not cleancheck in take long time.     At $67 (€55) per night) you can’t expect much and that is what we got. Air conditioning barely worked, but there was a bed and hot water. Female desk staff was nice. Males staff was rude and very unhelpful. Breakfast horrible. Don’t bother with this one.
