    Location is ideal for getting out and about exploring Paris. Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Cervantes, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Booked a twin room for my Daughter and I which had adequate space for our needs. Bed was very comfy, towels were changed daily if you needed. Complimentary hand./shower wash available in bathroom. Our room had shower over bath which gave you both options. We didn't have breakfast as chose to grab on the go when out or go somewhere else. All in all we had a great trip and would return to this Hotel and Paris again in the future.     A Perfect Parisian Stay

    We had a great stay from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and easy, and payment was handled quickly before we were shown to our room. We’d requested a room with a balcony in advance, and they kindly accommodated this - the balcony was stunning, overlooking a beautiful Parisian street.The room itself was absolutely perfect: a great size, lovely bathroom, clean, cosy lighting, and very comfortable and warm overall. It really felt like a home away from home.The hotel is ideally located with excellent transport links, just a short 10-minute walk from the nearest metro and bus stations.On our departure day, the hotel was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage as our flight wasn’t until late in the evening, and even provided a space for us to get changed and freshen up, which was so appreciated.The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!     The hotel was a perfect location for us to get around and explore Paris. A very cozy friendly hotel. The staff were more than happy to help, even went to the local shop to buy a bottle opener for us as they couldn’t locate one :) Room was comfortable & clean.The luggage storage option was very helpful so that we could still explore on our last day once we had checked out.     It was a nice experience, the service was amazing and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was very generous, Breakfast was perfect.     Good location for Hotel Cervantes.

    I stayed here for 6 nights in December. The hotel is very clean, and they do a great job of minimizing waste. Hotel staff was kind and helped me on many occasions, even heating up food for me. The hotel is located in an area with many good restaurants, boulangeries etc.The downsides to my room was being close to a railway. I was given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. Unfortunately the shower doors didn’t close properly, but I figured out how to not get water all over in a couple of days.
