    Broken AC; made no attempt to fix when this was brought up to twice. We used fans during our stay instead. I would recommend another hotel.     We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are clean and quite spacious for Paris. We especially enjoyed the big windows opening to a nice view. Despite a neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants our room was quiet and we were able to sleep very well. We also appreciated that several pillows were provided. The hotel offers good value for money and is easy to reach by both car and public transportation. The area is great for a walk too. All the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The only downside is the somewhat dated elevator, that was not running during part of our stay.

    Good location at Place d'Italie with main metro lines & buses. Also near Paris Chinatown with many Asian (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese) restaurants. Hotel is nice & clean with friendly staff.
