    Worst ‘hotel’ on the planet

    rating17 Nov 2024

The most luxurious thing about this hotel was the spare toilet roll we brought from home. This is the worst ‘hotel’ experience of my entire life and I have stayed at many hotels. It is rather a 1 star hellhole which happens to have some beds in rooms, and its owners have decided to make as much money as they possibly can by doing as little as possible. The cupboard was mouldy so much so we had to keep the windows open the entire time we were there. Could have developed respiratory diseases in there. Health hazard. Mould in the bathroom. No espresso capsules for the coffee machine. Everything is shabby, run down, in need of repairs and modernisation. Asked for an extra towel and the chap on reception acted liked I’d asked him to add me to his will. Rude, abrupt, totally unwelcoming. The toilet was like a public toilet with paper that you definitely do not want near your skin. The entire place (not a hotel) stank. Carpets on stairs were threadbare. Room was awful. Booking, com says 7 or 8 stars. Please ignore. Must be their mates doing reviews. This is not worth 1/10. Check photos for evidence. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more and enjoy your time.

This hotel is a scam, and the staff is so rude

    rating05 Mar 2024

This hotel is a scam. I made an error while booking and booked my room twice at the hotel. I called them to get the error fixed and to get refunded for one of my bookings, but they completely refused, saying that I couldn’t cancel even though I had booked just 5 minutes ago. And now I have 2 separate bookings for the same hotel on the same dates. The lady on the phone was also extremely rude to me, and refused to let me speak to her manager. She kept telling me to stop talking and was extremely unhelpful. This hotel has scammed me out of a lot of money. Do not book here.

    Crappy run down overpriced

    rating08 Oct 2023

Not worth the money. Whole place is run down and shabby. Lift is useless, stairs are dangerous. Bathrooms in the rooms are not clean at all. Weird rules regarding access after 2 am that you are mot told about on the website. Night Porter was making no exceptions. Treated like an inconvenience, not a guest. This is not a hotel, more of a badly run hostel that charges serious money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Being in this place I became a victim of a reverse sexism, defamation and humiliation by a person who works in the reception desk named - Victoria. This person spread (distributed) my personal (confidential) information and she abused me - psychologically and morally.

    Good place to stay

    rating21 Sept 2019

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the front desk people spoke English. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the metro station. Breakfast was excellent, convenient, and reasonably priced. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Quiet at night, so we slept well. Windows opened partially. Room was small but very adequate for the amount of time we spent in it. Some minor repairs, such as drapery rods and light fixtures, need to be made.
