    Excellent location and superb customer service by the staff, especially Giuseppe who made my one-night stay truly special. He upgraded my room and they sent a bottle of champagne to my room while I was relaxing at the underground swimming pool spa. Such excellent service provided by the team. I’d give them white glove service 5 stars anytime.     I stayed here with my eleven-year-old daughter, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, located in an area that feels safe while still being close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room felt luxurious yet unique. We were looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation that also felt luxurious, and this hotel met all our expectations. I can warmly recommend it.     Great staff. So helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but efficient. Nice bottle of prosecco left for us. The spa is beautiful. Private use of the hot tub.     Reception and house staff are very focussed on warm welcome and relevant support and information. Very charming front of house and lobby area. Great rooms, well serviced, clean, neat and also good service support for tourist inquiries. Breakfast room overlooks frontage and main street. Hotel is extremely convenient to bus and Metro transport links, going North of the Seine, and across town to commercial and museum venues. Navigation through districts very simple. Local area a marvel of designer shops, high couture emporium, many great local dining venues along boulevarde and main street. You will feel spoiled and very much ,'at home'..enjoy.
