  Very bad stat ,Ana from Front office was very bad service , she refuse to spoke English with us , she was very very not nice at all , I was with my family and she toll me my family has to paid for breakfast even to , I was gold Guest , she didn’t know how to treat guest , be honest I never go back ,ANA don’t know how to treat guest I NEVER GO BACK THERE

  To start with this hotel should not be considered as a 4star hotel , it is not even close to 4star, the hotel is very close to Disney land park and it is only the positive side of it , now comes the part of breakfast, i stayed there for 3 nights and everyday they were running out of food, the fruits kept were rotten and the basic fruit which is banana was neve there, juice machine had a problem dispensing orange juice so no juice , they have 2 staff who manage the breakfast area , which means you end up in long que for entrance, for refilling of empty containers , one staff was making note of the room number at entrance and was also managing the cleaning of tables for almost 50-60 rooms , one staf was managing cleaning of left overs and refilling, this took so much of time, the choice of breakfast was basic and very limited …not a 4star hotel, now comes the part of swimming poole, the poole was not working for 2 nights and the staff was even bothered,on day 3 the poole was working in the evening so had a chance to take kids for once and the staff i had on that day was helpful,honestly speaking the cost of hotel is too expensive for the service you get , i would not recommend you this if you have kids with you and want them to have a good time… but for someone who is looking for a basic hotel this is the place but too pricey sophie M, Service clients/Réception at Hotel Dali Val d'Europe Tapestry Collection by Hilton, responded to this review Dear Vinith 30,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, although we are truly sorry to read about your disappointment regarding your stay.We sincerely regret that our services did not meet your expectations, particularly concerning breakfast, the swimming pool, and the overall organization of the hotel.   Great for a quick stay.

  3 day stayEverything was fine, friendly staff, close to Disney (which is what we wanted), clean, good breakfast. Very affordable-a bit old and carpets stained , but price was right and bed was comfortable.   Very poor stay: cold room, dirty suite, bad breakfast, no phone to reception, not Hilton standard.!!

  Our stay was very disappointing and far below the standards we expect from the Hilton brand. Breakfast was poor, with a malfunctioning coffee machine producing mostly watery coffee. There is no internal phone access to reception, forcing guests to go downstairs for any request. Used dishes were left in the corridors for days. We booked a suite but received a room with dirty floors and stained carpet. The room was extremely cold, and temperature adjustments were only possible via reception. Overall, the hotel felt dirty and understaffed.   Great cheaper hotel for Disneyland Paris with comfortable rooms

  This was our 9th stay here, its generally a great hotel close to Disney but without the price tag, the rooms are super comfortable and we love the extra large double and double bed combination, rooms are in good repair and the breakfast is ok. Free parking is also a bonus as is the outdoor poolSome external repair would could be sorted, we noted nothing had change since we were here last December, floor tiles wobble and the front porch is still hanging down. The breakfast staff really need to cheer up a bit, this was mentioned previously but obviously not addressed.
