  Hôtel d'Alsace - Will Never Go Back!

  I usually don’t write reviews, but after my experience at Hôtel d'Alsace, I feel compelled to warn others.First off, the front desk staff (also the manager) was unbelievably rude. I understand that people have bad days, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced here was insulting. The manager offered zero help—he was only concerned with making sure I paid the full amount and taxes. The elevator was broken during my stay, and given that my room was on a higher floor, that was just unacceptable. I had to drag my three luggage up multiple flights of stairs, which was frustrating and inconvenient.To make matters worse, the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the next room—loud toilet flushing, people talking, even them walking around. It felt like I was sharing the room with them! I don’t expect complete silence, but this was ridiculous.Lastly, the location is decent (the one star for), but that's about the only thing I can say in its favor. Between the rude staff, terrible service, broken amenities, and the lack of any peace or comfort, I won't be never returning. I’ll gladly pay a little more for a quality hotel experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.   My three night stay was excellent. This location next to a Metro Station and half a block from Gare de L’est is perfect. The breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of fresh pastries, cheese, fruits and coffees.This hotel isn’t for you if you like to overpack. The rooms are modern and well-appointed. The petite elevator fits one person and a carryon bag so don’t overpack.Also, this hotel won’t allow people other than registered guests in its rooms. Any meetings must be held downstairs.   Clean, modern and ideally situated.

  Small, independent hotel with very clean rooms in a modern design. Fantastic location with metro 20yds from your door and bus stops outside. Rooms could benefit from small improvements but overall a good stay for decent price (by Paris standards!).   Checked in to this hotel on the 27th September 2021 for 3 night's. Checked out 20 minutes after getting access to what you would call a room, the place isn't fit for a pet (not that we had on with us) let alone a person, the smell the decor even the curtains were disintegrating. Trust me I have lived in some hotels but mother of mercy please don't touch the place.   HORRIBLE!!! REALLY DIRTY!!! TERRIBLE STAFF!!

  The room was really dirty and the bathroom was really small that we couldn't even close the door. The floor was disgusting and the staff really mean. Terrible area.... Terrible breakfast... only 2 things to choose... no fruit....TRY TO AVOID THIS HOTEL!
