Location

The Boulevard Berthier stretches along public gardens and squares right in the heart of the Ternes area. The location can be enjoyed for either business or leisure with restaurants, shows and its close proximity to Champs-Élysées, the Palais des Congrès Porte Maillot and La Défense, all within a ten-minute walk of the hotel. L'Espace Champerret (fair centre) is also very close. The hotel is located right at Gare du Nord train station and the bus station is around 100 m away. Roissy - Charles de Gaulle and Paris - Orly airports are located some 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 38 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Brilliant Service and a Memorable Stay!

    My son took his girlfriend to Paris to celebrate her 21st birthday, and they stayed at Hotel De Banville. He had been hoping for a room with a balcony, but unfortunately when they arrived, their room didn’t have one.I contacted the hotel to see if there was any possibility of upgrading, and I spoke with Clarisse, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and managed to move them to another room with a balcony at no extra charge. She also added chocolate and macarons free of charge. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough.Clarisse’s kindness and outstanding customer service truly made their trip extra special. My son and his girlfriend had a fantastic holiday, and this gesture played a big part in that.Thank you, Clarisse, and thank you Hotel Banville, brilliant service and highly recommended.

    Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to extremely poor sound insulation.I could clearly hear conversations, singing, and even water running from the neighboring room, as if the walls were paper-thin.I contacted the front desk, but was told the hotel was fully booked and no room change was possible. No effective solution was offered, which made it very difficult to rest.Good sleep is a basic expectation for a hotel stay, and sadly this was not met. I would not recommend this place to light sleepers. Overall, this seriously affected my experience, and I would think twice before staying here again.

    The hotel has a nice aesthetic with a Parisian style, which I appreciated. However, for a 4-star hotel, several basic services were disappointing.I stayed for a week, and they repeatedly told me they didn’t have a dental kit available. On top of that, I had to approach the staff every single day sometimes day and night just to request a plug for the bathtub, since the deluxe room doesn’t have a standing shower. Five days of asking for a simple item and receiving no solution is honestly unreal and quite sad for a hotel of this rating.Additionally, the walls are extremely thin. You can clearly hear people talking or even taking a shower in the neighboring rooms, which makes the stay far from relaxing.In conclusion, if you’re coming for the aesthetic, it’s a nice looking hotel. But if you expect true 4-star service and comfort, this hotel may not meet your expectations.     I wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at this wonderful hotel for giving me and my mum the trip of a lifetime. We were surprised with an upgrade to a room with an Eiffel Tower view on arrival and literally cried when we saw how magical it was. The staff were kind, attentive and the hot chocolate was 10/10. Fantastic location as we loved walking around and exploring. There are metros nearby if needed and lots of cafes/restaurants. Thank you all for the dreamy stay and listening to our needs.
