42 rooms, including 12 single rooms and 19 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service and a drinks machine are available. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     The hotel looks like it's been decorated or refurbished recently and has been done to a simple but good standard.Beds are comfortable and Aircon is definitely a plus point.Staff are very helpful when needed.The hotel location is in a safe and beautiful location close to the metro station.     Lovely little hotel close to Gare du Lyon. Good size rooms for Paris and spotlessly clean. Looked exactly like website. Modern decor. Comfortable bed and had all facilities needed - including tea / coffee tray , fridge and hairdryer. Good amount of storage for clothing. Lovely friendly staff. Recommend as an excellent 3* hotel.     The hotel its fine and practical for train´s travel, but is not good for people want stay close of main attractions of Paris.     Great stay, but a very upsetting situation after check-out

    The hotel itself is very pleasant: friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and an excellent location. During our stay, everything was fine, and we initially had a very positive impression.Unfortunately, after check-out, we experienced a very upsetting situation. We accidentally left a couple of personal belongings in the room. We still had several hours before our flight, left our luggage at the hotel, and went out for a walk, planning to return later the same day.When we came back and asked at the reception, the items were no longer there. They were not at the front desk and not in the room. These were personal belongings with monetary value, and it was extremely disappointing to lose them, especially knowing that we were returning to the hotel the same evening.This incident seriously affected our overall impression of the stay.
