    This hotel was very clean, had a small kitchenette, was very close to a Metro (subway) stop and restaurants & food shops.

    The place is nicely located in historical premises.How ever bed sheets are low quality and they would not clean your room if you dont do minimum of 3 nights.

    Super friendly staff. Room, bathroom and kitchen was super clean and well maintained, which can be difficult to find in Paris for this price. Kitchen has all the necessities. It’s a gated complex, so it feels safe and quiet. I’m already very familiar with the area, but if it’s your first time in Paris, the area seems a bit rough in beginning, as it’s the less/none touristic side of Paris, and good variants of Arab cuisine. The hip Oberkampf restaurants, bars and cafes are just around the corner, and it’s close to the metro. Would stay here again.

    Such a cute apartment, and the woman at reception is so so lovely. moved here after having issues with a different hotel and they did everything right :)! bed was comfy, cute court-yard, offers hair dryers and irons when needed. very friendly staff and can come and go as you please.     Best Hotel in Paris, confortable, very well priced, very close to M2 and M3, Bus96, spotelessly clean, well equiped kitchen, beautiful building. Shops and twice weekly market 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic.
