    We had a wonderful stay at hotel de Sers rooms are spacious, very quiet, and comfortable—perfect for resting and recharging. Everything was clean and well maintained.Dinner at the hotel was exquisite, and breakfast was excellent as well. The chef clearly knows what they’re doing.What truly stands out, though, is the staff. From reception remembering our names to the manager personally welcoming us and even sending over a glass of wine for each of us at dinner, the service felt genuine and thoughtful.We were preparing for a ski trip to Courchevel and needed help shipping our luggage ahead. The concierge, Gérald, handled everything flawlessly—including sending along a case of wine I was able to procure the next day. It all arrived right on time.They went above and beyond, and that’s why we’ll be back.
