Enjoyable stay at Les Arcades

Clean, comfortable hotel with a welcoming and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, and overall it offers great value—especially for Paris. Located on the southern side of the city, it’s well-connected by public transportation, making it easy to get around. The secure on-site parking is a big plus if you’re traveling by car and planning to explore the surrounding region.

Amazing place for a single traveller

Arrived here for my first solo work visit in Paris, the welcome from the moment I walked in was exceptional, the restaurant and the food was also perfect. Its always slightly awkward for an English person when travelling alone and eating but the team are so welcoming I felt really at home every evening dining alone. The rooms are modern ,spotlessly clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is as it should be. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Friendly staff but...

the hotel was disappointing: my room was renovated a long time ago and was pretty small. I was on a business trip and wanted to have a hotel close to my client's office and it not a business standard. Close to RER B Metro line

We booked this hotel so that we could take the RER metro and Orly Shuttle to Orly airport next morning. It is a nice place to stay for this purpose, but there is not much to do in this suburb of Paris. There are only a few restaurants to choose from, besides the one for the hotel. The front reception was friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

Rooms Are Small

We booked 2 rooms one Queen bed for 2 adults and other room supposed to be single triple beds for 3 young adults as advertised on hotel website, but single triple bed rooms had only 2 twin beds and 3rd one was just a small cot for little kid on which young teenager 13 years old cannot sleep comfortably. Rooms are very small hard to walk around and sit. House keeping staff kept rooms clean and tidy. Front desk crew was friendly and helpful, but difficult to communicate in English. Free WiFi was decent but disconnected often. Bakery, produce, grocery and other essential stores are at walking distance. Bus Stops at couple of blocks and train station was 1/2 a mile from hotel.
