  Pest control and customer service competency issue

  Pest control and customer service are two things you want your hotel to be good at. When I found what appeared to be a bedbug in my room and presented the bug to the guy at the front desk, he dismissed my concern, blaming the presence of a bug on construction without addressing my specific concern that it looked like a bedbug. He barely looked at it before tossing it aside and when I pressed him on the matter, he said “look, I’m just a guy who needs to keep his job”. When I emailed hotel management about my concerns, they dismissed me again, without even looking at the photos I had taken of the bug. “Everything in the room is new, we could find no evidence of bugs and have never had a bedbug problem”, as though bedbugs care about the age of furniture and as though no past problems means no present or future problems. They refused to address my concern further, did not ask for more information and refused any potential form of compensation.By the end of the day I had received confirmation from an entomologist friend that it was a look-alike, but not a bedbug. I was relieved to not have an infestation on my hands, but completely disappointed by the lack of competency and care on the part of the hotel. They did EXACTLY what people do when they are dodge a problem they are worried they have.

  looking for a stop over for Garde de Lyon but access to Bastile and Park 12 for a bit of sight seeing on way. Hotel was value for money very clean, bed comfortable, small and compact but for the price and central Paris you get what you pay, no complaints staff friendly everything in walking distance.

  I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends Location is awesome near everything you want.Fast Food, restaurants, Carrefour Shop,Cafe , Public Transportation (Metro station )Breakfast was continental,but I had my breakfast in the cross road corner Cafe and it was amazing by (5.5€ )-Room was clean enough but the bed cover wasn’t new.- nice View -Shower , towels, shampoo.-Small elevator can hold 2-3 persons -good WiFi Good staff ( they were Algerian family owned the hotel as it appears)but they were very kind.-Small lobby area-3mins far from Metro station-Bus station in front of hotel outdoor -No parking area-note the Breakfast photo isn’t the hotel , it’s cafe near the hotel was ver attractive place.

  Really bad experience !

  Three nights in Paris. It is just good for the location and the WiFi. Room without any confort (less than an hostel), smell of cigarettes and didn't give a sensation of cleaning at all. I know it's a 2 stars hôtel but, from my previous experiences, I found more facilities and confort in hostels. Hopefully we spent just the night there!

  We spent 2 nights in the hotel, the location was excelent, also the price!This hotel is perfect for cheap travel in Paris, it was clean, reception was friendly. Bathroom was really nice in our room! Our window looked to the inside yard, or let's call it a hole, so there was no view but at least the street traffic was not bothering us!Anyway we didn't go there to stay in hotel all day instead of sightseeing!as a conclusion I can really offer this hotel for couple of days for this money in Paris!
