  If there are photos of the front, staircase and view from the room. I would never booked there. It should warn people about the spiral staircase. We are couple of 74 and 76 , no way we could manage the stairs. We left and booked somewhere else as the stairs should be health hazard and we are not going to gamble our safety. They won’t give us a refund.

  Minutes from metro,maccies, bars,restaurants and shops in a very relaxed friendly area.the staff very friendly and place spotless. Only bad points were it was very hot and we had just a fan In a family of 3 room. Toiletries were tiny bars of soap but I bought shower gel from the supermarket across the road

  I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, with many café shops, a few grocery stores, many small restaurants, and bars. Metro stop is around the corner, convenient to get around. The manager of the hotel is so kind and friendly. The room rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended. I will stay there again in the future.

  No better Hotel for location and price

  Situated in the bustling centre of Menilmontant, the hotel is looked after with care, as is its patrons. The owner amd his family was so warm towards my fiancee and l. There are so many great restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The rooms are simple but immaculately clean, and for the price and location, this hotel is unbeatable on a budget in Paris. I highly recommend.

  This is a very good choice for travelers on a budget, like myself. A simple, but very clean hotel with friendly staff. As I booked online, my breakfast was included, a basic, but sufficient offering of a baguette with butter or jam, along with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. There's also a number of places to eat nearby. (I ate at Au Poulet Braise, a chicken centered restaurant where you can dine in or take out.) Also, there is a Franprix grocery store across the street. The hotel is located in Menilmontant in the 20th arrondissement, but the metro stop is about two blocks away and you can easily get downtown from there. You should be aware that there is no elevator, and the stairs to the upper floors are winding and somewhat steep...so not for the mobility impaired. My room was relatively spacious, by Parisian standards, and I was able to sleep well, as it wasn't noisy. (My room overlooked an interior air well, not the street.) All in all, a real value, and one I recommend!
