  Tiny room noisy banging water pipes all night no sleep room too hot.. staff nice polite and helpful the only good thing about this hotel is great location..if you want a decent nights sleep don’t stay here

  My recommendation on this hotel is go somewhere else. My room was tiny and was not as depicted in the photos of the hotel-opening luggage or storing in the room will cause issues for your stay. Even opening bathroom doors will cause issues. Other issues - no hot water. Television, air conditioning, phone, one light in a very dark room did not work. Cigarette burns on the bedding made it feel unclean. Electric sockets did not support converter (used throughout France before and after my attempted stay with no issues). Windows barely open because of room size limitations and the curtains being glued to the window frame. I tried calling for assistance but again, phone not working. I knew then I would not be able sleep here. I reported the issues to the front desk who referred me to the manager (was not on site). I checked out immediately and emailed the Mgr. The worst part of the experience was the communication back from my email. Managers are paid to solve problems, but this Manager denied any issues with the room. If a customer has issues it is the manager's job to resolve them-not make it worse. The response was totally inadequate and unprofessional. No attempt was made on amends or addressing issues. There are lots of great or even average boutique hotels in this area. Skip this one and go to one that deserves your business. Check for a Mgr on site. I've stayed in several other hotels in this area that are not as dive-y as this one and never felt ripped off as I did here.

  Lovely little hotel close to shops, restaurants and points of interest. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there until the following happened.As a side note beware of ordering a cab through the hotel. We had them order one for early next morning to catch a train in Gare St. Lazare. The station wasn't far about 6 minutes away. But the shocker came when we were charged 38 euros. I was beyond livid. If I knew that the hotel would pull a stunt like that, my husband and I would have been better off dragging our luggage to nearby taxi stand. Just beware

  Hotel is Centrally Located but rooms are very small

  My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. The location is perfect because it’s steps from Moulin Rouge. The Eiffel Tower is a couple miles away. The Galeries Lafayette mall is less than a mile away. Starbucks & Five Guys are across the street. Bus line & train is right outside the hotel.Upon checkin, the female was very nice & friendly. To my surprise, the lobby area is very tiny as well as the lift. We stopped on the floor to checkout the breakfast area it was a very tiny room. Perhaps if you order breakfast, you take it back to your room.We had the double superior room & it was pretty small for 2 people. For whatever reason the morning of checkout, the water was very cold so my husband couldn’t shower properly. I did jump in shower after the water warmed up but then the water did turned very cold so I had to hurry out to say the least.Also the functionality in the bathroom was a little strange. If the size of room matters than you should consider a suite size room if it’s available or a different hotel.Upon checkout, the cold water issue was mentioned to the guy that checked us out but basically there was no apology or compensation offered.

  Beautiful little hotel

  This is a beautiful little hotel just around the corner from the Moulin Rouge. It’s about a 30 minute walk from Gard du Nord station. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are lovely. I would certainly stay here again for my next stay in Paris.
