    We had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Chemin Vert. Our first room had insects in the bed, and when we reported it, the staff claimed it was "just food" — which felt completely dismissive and unprofessional.To make things worse, the toilet was installed so close to the wall we had to sit on it sideways — a ridiculous and uncomfortable setup.When we went to reception to get help, we spent 10 minutes calling out, only to discover the receptionist was asleep behind the desk. It took ages to get any assistance.We were eventually moved to another room, but the issues were never properly acknowledged or resolved. Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, and service standards were far below what any guest should expect. Would absolutely not recommend staying here.

    Very conveniently located. We really liked the residential atmosphere in the area, far away from tourisit traps. Yet, you can take the bus 69 to go straight to the Louvre, the D'Orsey and the Orangerie. The room was spacious and clean with AC. The complementary breakfast was great, we ended up having breakfast at the hotel every morning because it offered a wide range of breakfast items. The staff was friendly despite some language barriers.

    Great and friendly people running the place. Always willing to help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and the daily housekeeping is good. The beds are good. We had a problem with the safe and everything was done to make sure that it was solved. Thanks for a great stay.

    Well located hotel, with cosy rooms - ideal for a solo traveller.Compact room, with a comfy bed, super clean room - with all amenities in the room tea/coffee,TV, hairdryer, WiFi etc. A quiet hotel, with friendly staff in an ideal location for visiting Paris via the nearby metro station

    Small three star Hotel and well located

    This is a small cheap three star hotel and as such the facilities are acceptable. I found the staff pleasant and polite. Our room was on the 6th floor, and you need to bear in mind the lift only goes to the fifth, so I had to climb one flight of stairs which was acceptable, the lift is very small, but is acceptable. Safe in room coffee and tea making but no fridge and the cardboard cups supplied could be better. TV with a selection of channels including BBC News. Very clean and comfortable room. Towels were changed every day. We were there for the olympics and as such the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. Small bars and restaurants near by and a couple of small supermarkets open late. If you want a fancy hotel stay at a Hilton or Raddison or equivalent . This Hotel is acceptable and I would be happy to stay again. There is a 24 hour front of house concierge, I cannot comment on the breakfast as we ate out all the time. You get what you pay for and I was happy with my stay
