    A true gem in Paris ... feels more like a home than a hotel!

    ​This was our first time staying here, and it was exceptional. We’ve stayed in many "luxury" places where the service felt cold, but this hotel is a total gem. The staff are incredibly friendly, everyone at the reception, and especially Svetlana, who manages breakfast. She is a fabulous cook and such a lovely person; my daughter felt so comfortable going down to breakfast on her own and always came back happy and well-fed!​The service is proactive and thoughtful. When we mentioned the beds were a bit firm after the first night, they immediately resolved it with a soft mattress topper. They agreed to add an extra bed for my daughter without any hassle when I booked. The rooms are spotless, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with all the amenities you need.​We loved the handy whatsapp service, which kept us in constant touch for anything we needed. All our requests were happily taken care of. We stayed in Room 63 (no balcony) on the 6th floor, be aware that the lift goes to the 5th, and you walk one easy flight up, but the hotel notified us of this well in advance. The location is perfect, walking distance to major monuments, incredible food, bars, and public transport. Highly recommended!
