The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

    rating20 Oct 2025

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.Located right on a noisy street, everything is filthy and disgusting. The staff are rude, the owner is extremely unfriendly and behaves in a completely inappropriate way. The rooms are tiny – you can’t even turn around, let alone get changed properly. The bathrooms are small, broken, and full of mold. There’s no food or drinks available in the rooms, not even a fridge or water. The hotel itself only serves breakfast, and that’s disgusting too. The entire place feels unhygienic and neglected.Absolutely not recommended – overpriced and completely overrated. For the same price you can find far better and cleaner hotels. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great location but no air conditioning!

    rating25 Sept 2025

Excellent location. Close to Metro stations, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The room was clean and ample. The shower floor is made of small dark stones. I wore flip flops bcause you can’t tell if there are hairs or mold or anything on that floor! The shampoo and conditioner are glued so people can’t steal them. But who wants to steal cheap products?? So you have no place to put your own shampoo and soap. The staff was very helpful and nice. The lobby is very small but I wasn’t there to be in the lobby. The hotel does not have air conditioning and some days were very hot at night. You can’t open the windows bcause of the noise coming from a gay club across from it. They go at it really loudly until 2:30am so I was drenched in sweat on the two hot days I was there. I recommend that you don’t have the staff call for your taxis to anywhere. The taxi drivers that they call are scammers. Call the official Paris taxis.

    Terrible experience

    rating09 Sept 2024

This hotel was appalling, We had chosen this hotel because it appeared fairly central to Paris, not far from Notre Dame. We paid almost £200.00per night for room only and the room was tiny. Thankfully we were only booked in there for 3 nights so were travelling light but there still wasn't enough wardrobe space for 2 days clothes. The bed was small and uncomfortable, there was regular noise pollution for the adjoining room including a 2am argument on our last night. The bed was clean, but mattress was uncomfortable. The only thing I would consider acceptable was the bathroom space. There was a bar across the road from the room . We had to keep the windows open because the hotel didn't have air conditioning. The bar stayed open until around 2am every night, Tues -Thurs was our stay duration. Every night there were around 50 bar patrons who would just stand in the street below our window talking loudly and this went on until the bar shut at 2am. Even thought our room was on the fifth floor, the noise made sleep impossible until long after the bar had closedTo top it all off, the hotel claimed we had caused damages to the room, which we had not. they took an extra £42 from my account without permissions to pay for the damages. Then when I submitted a bad review on the original booking site, doubled that and took another £84, a total of £126 I am currently talking to lawyers about the legality of these alleged damage payments.I would avoid this hotel if you like a decent size room and a good night sleep, and if you dont want additional money taken from your accounts after you leave. I will never again book an independent hotel. I will be sticking to chain hotels from now on where the beds are comfortable, rooms are not overpriced and you are treated like a human being.

Perfect spot for a few days in Paris

    rating28 Apr 2024

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very small for that length of time so we will book the bigger room next time. And there will definitely be a next time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and it's surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes walk from major attractions and around 30/40 minutes to the Louvre etc.

    Great location and sweet hotel.

    rating05 Feb 2024

Stayed here for 3 nights as a weekend get away. Room was incredibly clean and had soap, shower gel, conditioner and towels. The room was small and compact but had everything you need and was a comfortable temperature with a large window that opens. Reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated close to bars and cafes and there was quite a bit of noise from the street on the Friday night but the rest of the weekend was quiet. Only down sides were there was only one socket in the room which made charging two phones and two smart watches over night challenging and the bed was a bit too firm.
