    Staff are excellent. Hotel newly renovated but some issues, e.g. second bedroom AC not working so had to keep door open.

    Elegant rooms, quiet location Attention to details was missing ( slow flush toilets, no soap, slow room service, no breakfast). Not value for the high price.     Great stay and service at Hotel du Palais Bourbon

    My wife and I were guests at your hotel recently and wanted to provide you with some very positive feedback.We were booked from September 15 to September 20 via Booking.com. Unfortunately, I was quite ill and ended up being hospitalised from September 15 to September 22. This meant my wife was staying in the hotel alone and eventually needed to extend the stay past the September 20 date.The hotel staff were excellent is providing assistance, advice and support to her during this period. I can assure you that it made a real difference to me whilst in ICU and Acute Care at the hospital to know that your team were providing her such support and doing what they could to make the situation more bearable. Sincere thanks to each and every one of them for their contribution.Front desk staff were great in assisting us in extending past the September 20 date, covering us until we were able to get alternate accommodation on Wednesday September 24th. Although it meant 3 separate rooms for the period September 20 to 24, they facilitated the movement of baggage from room to room with no fuss.We have no hesitation in providing the strongest recommendation for the Hotel Du Palais Bourbon! The rooms are large, very well furnished, immaculately clean.
