If you are on a budget in Paris, give it a try but looks at Google earth of the neighborhood first

pros;Located near 2 main Subway stops- takes you to most locations24 hour deskAC in roomsmodern-ish bathroomelevatorwonderful bakery right on the cornersafe during the day- we felt more at ease as our time there went on at nightgreat Uber service in areaclean linenrespectful staffcons;off beaten trackneighborhood is very urban and culturally diverse. Not a bad thing at all but can seem a bit sketchy at first but warms up to youcity noise can be heard but not obtrusively sosmall studio room style roomsmall bathroom indicative of a small pension style hotel in FranceThe hotel did the job for 5 days.We were too busy sightseeing to spend a lot of time i the roomVery small studio type room dominated by bed, two people can feel crowdedodd feature, must leave key [yes actual key on a heavy fob] each time you leave premises. Probably better off, the fob is HEAVY and probably easily lost.Staff was there 24 hours and always a lit lobby.Elevator is convenient. AC is effective, windows open, Floors has motion sensor lighting so its a bit disconcerting at first Wonderful bakery on the corner and its also a convenient Uber stop and very close to Metro If you on a budget, and don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room; this could be a great option.

Myself, my mum and my daughter stayed in the hotel for 2 nights while on a site seeing trip to Paris. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean on first impressions. It was accessible with a lift and stairs. The room was small but that is to be expected, so no complaints there, just something to be aware of when booking. The bedding and towels were clean, however the bathroom had signs of mold on a sign on the wall and in the shower. The mirror had a broken off corner, which looked very sharp to touch. The bottom of the bed was stained… with who knows what. There was a tile pushed back until the shower which needed refitting. The breakfast was fine. The area which the hotel was in did not feel safe. Which was probably something we should have looked into more before booking. When we came back from our day out for our second night the bed linen and towels had all been changed, so it was clear they were making an effort to be clean. But by spending a bit more time on the room it would be 5x’s better.

Small hotel very close to metro station and a lake. Adjoining eatries and departmental store. Nice small rooms, daily cleaning, nice staff at reception who can converse in English. Overall very good property to stay, not very far from city centre.

Solo Traveller, 1st time in Paris - Can't recommend highly enough.

I chose this hotel based on proximity to the Metro & price. But everything exceeded my expectations. Sure, the room was small compared to what I'm used to but my understanding is that is common in Paris. However, it was perfect for me; clean, 24 hr manned reception, an excellent base for exploring the city and friendly & accommodating staff. I wasn't sure what to expect staying in the 19th arr. but the area is great and I never once felt unsafe. There is a fantastic little boulangerie right next door, some really nice restaurants along the Quai and the Riquet Metro station (200m away) can get you to the Louvre in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. Especially if you plan on using it as a base to explore the city. Positives - clean, good value, friendly staff, nice neighbourhood, close Metro. Negatives - room may be smaller than you would find in other cities but this is common in Paris

Great value for money stay in Paris

    rating18 May 2022

Great little hotel very good service and very clean . Rooms are small we were given room on the 5th floor so avoid if possible as very small but if its for just a few nights its ok. We were given a small air con unit in room other wise it would of been too hot. Bathroom again very small but everything works well inc shower pressure etc. Fresh towels every day service here excellent. Location is great near two Metro stations. Riquet is the nearer bottom of street where hotel is in side passage.Loads of places to eat along the Canal at end of street from hotel. Breakfast basic continental bread ,cheese, pastries etc. ( note to hotel hot boiled eggs would be good) overall good value for Paris.
