    I strongly advise against staying here.The hygiene of this establishment is unacceptable.When I found a blood-stained towel in my room, I reported it to the reception, but they immediately blamed me. Since I wasn’t responsible, I asked for a goodwill gesture, but they refused.After leaving a negative review initially, they asked me to take it down in exchange for a refund. I agreed, but even then, they didn’t follow through on their promise.The manager and staff are dishonest and show a complete lack of respect for their customers.

    The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is well situated in the 9e, and there is a relaxing breakfast area downstairs. However, the infrastructure is not great. The wifi is temperamental. We have stayed here before: in the past I was stuck in the elevator once, although it recovered on its own in about five minutes. Recently, we got stuck for half an hour and more worrying, the emergency button was not working. This would be a disaster for someone with claustrophobia because the elevator itself is tiny. The hotel needs to replace the elevator.

    Pretty boutique hotel but be warned walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything and my room did not have a shower but a bath with a head wash. Tiny room but bed was super comfortable and nice breakfast. If you like listening in on people then stay!

    A good location near the Gare du Nord. Small hotel with 5 floors. Our bedroom was on the 5th floor, essentially in the attic. A small bedroom but a large comfortable bed. The bathroom had a very small bath but was adequate.I’d recommend this hotel for a night but if staying in Paris longer you’d probably want somewhere more spacious.The bar/lounge on the ground floor is fine and the optional breakfast is limited but adequate.The whole experience was made very positive by the charming and friendly receptionist Shani, who was very helpful.

    We booked a last minute trip to Paris for three nights with Hotel Du Temps in one of their comfort rooms. We arrived to find that none were available and were given a dingy attic room that looked like substandard student accommodation - the walls and corners were dirty, the window wouldn’t close, the lights were old and the bathroom grouting was dark and unclean. It was a totally miserable experience. We left the next day as soon as we could find a more suitable, clean hotel elsewhere. We have tried to obtain a refund through both bookings.com, whom we booked with, but the hotel refuse to return their four calls. They claim we didn’t show up (if only!) but we have videos of the room that prove otherwise. They refuse to acknowledge these videos despite having been emailed them twice. I’m writing this review in the hope that someone from the hotel gets back to me, we are are a refund at the very least. I only have videos to share which I’m unable to post, only pictures.
