  Charming Parisian Hotel with Exceptional Service

  Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Eden Montmartre, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has the charm of a classic Parisian building—small but cozy—and the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.The welcome was especially delightful; after many hours of traveling, being offered a cup of coffee felt like heaven. I was lucky that my room was ready before check-in, and thanks to the staff’s kindness, I could rest a bit as soon as I arrived, which was greatly appreciated.My room had beautiful views of the main street, and despite this, it was very quiet at night—I even slept with the window open without any disturbance. There was plenty of space to store and organize my things. The room was well-equipped and practical for resting: the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was complete, without any luxury, but perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only thing I could mention is that a small fridge would have been useful, but it’s a minor detail and doesn’t take away from the experience; I just mention it for future travelers who might need it.The area is peaceful, with a residential feel that lets you enjoy a more authentic Paris, away from the tourist crowds. It’s also very close to a metro and bus stop for getting around the city, and just a few minutes from the Sacré-Cœur.In summary: a great hotel, excellent service, comfortable and spacious room, perfect location, and reasonable price.   Would highly recommend this hotel, friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms. Good cafe-bars all around, 10 minutes from Montmatre centre and Metro within 2mins

  We had to book this hotel last minute due to being stuck in Paris as a result of the Eurostar cancellations. I looked at online photos and reviews and was impressed with the hotel so happily booked this. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location. We got the last available room, number 63 and it was tiny. The bathroom absolutely stank of urine, we reported this to the reception and unfortunately no one was available to clean it so we were provided with a UV cleaning device but it did not help. We bought air freshener and wore masks in the bathroom as the smell was so overwhelming. The bed was clean but the floor left our feet dirty. We did go to get the spare pillows out of the wardrobe and they were covered in hair and stains. I was very disappointed in this hotel as the pictures on their website do not reflect all of the rooms and our experience did not feel like that of a 3 star hotel.   An amazing stay

  I stayed from 8th-16th August( many days to understand if the hotel is good) and I want to say with pleasure that it was the best hotel I have stayed in Paris. The only problem is that the rooms are not so big but this is a problem through the hole city. But you can book the rooms on the 5th or 6th floor where there are more spacious. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was all the time clear and every day the stuff was giving us new towels. There is also breakfast in the hotel 7 or 8€ per day which is quite good for Paris prices. The staff is very friendly and polite and they all speak good English so the communication for the foreigners is eas. The hotel also provides if you want a mini bus for the transfer to and from the airports and the price for this is also reasonable pierre bachy, Propriétaire at Hotel Eden Montmartre, responded to this review Hello, appreciate very much your value.
