  We were scheduled to stay at Hotel Eden on April 1, 2026. Two weeks prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel to request adjustments to our booking. Unfortunately, we only received a response one hour before our scheduled arrival, informing us that a refund was not possible. Given the short notice, we proceeded with our original reservation.Upon arriving at the hotel around 1:00 AM, we were informed by the night manager, Adel, that our reservation had been canceled and that no rooms were available for us. This was extremely alarming and disappointing.What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and assistance. Adel was unapologetic about the error and repeatedly stated that there was nothing he could do, even raising his voice during the interaction. He mentioned that the issue was out of his hands and that his shift would be ending in the morning, offering no meaningful support or solution.We were advised to transfer to a nearby hotel; however, the rate was €340 for one night—an expense that Hotel Eden refused to cover despite the inconvenience caused by their mistake.Left with no viable assistance, we were forced to find alternative accommodation on our own at around 3:00 AM, which was both stressful and unacceptable.This experience reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management. Our reservation should never have been canceled without proper notice or arrangement. Additionally, front desk staff should be equipped and capable to handle situations like this. Unfortunately, Adel appeared unable and unwilling to assist, which only added to an already difficult situation.

  We used to visit it before. It’s crazy experience this time due to how disgusting and dirty was the room. Girl at the reception said she can’t help, after I told her I will in form others with my review, the cleaning lady arrived with only information that it’s not her who is responsible for the cleaning but her colleague and she can’t provide wet cleaning.Photos below.Please, please if you respect yourself and your time and money don’t book this hotel, otherwise you risk to ruin your vacation. hotel eden Paris, at Hotel Eden Paris, responded to this review Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.   Rooms were very small and we felt cramped, nowhere to put luggage. furnishings were dated and could do with a revamp. Toilet was in a separate room from bath and handwashing facilities and shower was placed over the bath, which was a falls risk for older or less agile people .There was no tea or coffee available in room instead there is an “ honesty “ arrangement in the breakfast room on ground floor where you had to pay extra for a cup of tea or coffee.   Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Paris sites.

  Very friendly arrival. Good location for couples visiting Paris. Area seems safe and lots of restaurants around locally to choose from. Hôtel was well decorated, clean and appealing. Room was a tiny bit small but perfectly ok to use. Shower room was clean, good shower and Nespresso machine to use. Tv didn’t work but we didn’t need to use it and we didn’t report it either. Air con was great, area was quiet and heard no traffic noise. Paris Orly airport to the hotel was about 25-30 mins and about 30€ with an uber.   Comfortable rooms Nice decorfriendly staffA really good position you can walk to eiffel tower on foot Everything was clean and great Definitely recommended Will visit again!For the ones who want to go by car there is a parking house near the hotel (2 mins walk) By the way a very good room service delicious food!
