    The hotel was nice, we were charged $30 for an early check-in, which was not that convenient. Most places in the states do not charge for this. Especially because it was only an hour early. The room was small, but to be expected. Nice dinning area. Staff was very friendly. Location was not the best for us. We wished we were closer to the actual Eiffel Tower, where most of the attractions sort of stem from. Most walking was at least a mile.     We love this hotel so much we keep coming back and just had another great stay! From the room to the breakfast to the staff, everything was wonderful. We always opt for a junior suite for the extra room. There are some good restaurants nearby and the metro is close also. Thank you to especially to the staff who are always available for questions or help. We will see you again soon!     I stayed for the second time in this hotel.This time was with my daughter - we had a little bag of sweets as a treat for our arrival which was very thoughtful.I love the retro spirit - the pool is quite nice specially with kids.The staff was really accommodating- making sure my parents had their room near ours.The breakfast is very nice with plenty of choice.I really like the area as there are plenty of local restaurants and it makes you feel like a local.It is possible to walk to Champs de Mars but we mostly took the metro nearby or taxi.Will be back!     A welcome oasis in the city

    Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It is located in a quiet area, with spa facilities that provide a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing.The rooms are small, especially if you have suitcases, and it can be difficult to access the coffee- making area, but the beds are comfy and the hotel has a restful feeling.     Unhelpful customer service and staff

    The front house staff and Roxane are not very helpful. I booked through Booking.com, but I had to reschedule the trip due to an unforeseen family emergency. I was able to reschedule the booking on Booking.com, but the hotel kept blocking the request, despite having the discretion to reschedule. I asked for literally any dates at any point next year, but they refuse to reschedule the reservation (despite Booking.com confirming they have the authority to reschedule). They have now just taken my money. Staff have been very unhelpful, don’t book this hotel in case you find yourself in the same situation. I am extremely disappointed because I booked this hotel for a special occasion and they have been incredibly unhelpful!
