  Great hotel and super location, the hotel staff were so helpful. I will go back to this hotel when I visit Paris again.

  Bad service. Hotel is not equipped to operate comfortably. Our family of 4 visited in March 2026 for 1 night. Surprisingly, mostly positive Trip Advisor reviews.Dont be fooled by its attractive location and colorful decor. Please also see 177 negative reviews in the Poor and Terrible categories which should not be ignored.Tiny room, no hot shower water, shower flooded bathroom floor, clogged bathroom sink, no counter space in bathroom, not enough wall chargers, inadequate space to place 5 suitcases & 4 backpacks. Other traveler reviews from years 2019-2026 experienced same issues plus noise, theft, lack of heating and air-conditioning and dangerous stairs. This hotel always claims to be in renovations while making excuses. We emailed a woman named Eloise in management 1 week later to request a partial refund, she refused and claimed that a free breakfast was offered to us for our troubles on the morning we departed the hotel. Not true, and dishonest claim. We know they can't change small size of rooms but they should fix their other problems, or else close down this hotel! Not a 3 star hotel.   Quiet and understated

  Hotel is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes to the METRO and within easy walking distance to great local cafes and restaurants. Hotel is understated, rooms were tight, but beds were comfortable. There is an elevator but is tiny. Renovations are underway and that will make this a great value. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included --- crossaints were excellent!   Good location and people, adequate room.

  Comfortable bed. Small room. Bathroom needed maintenance- no hot water! Check-in people were very helpful, and the breakfast lady (from Tibet) was a delight.   Small but clean and cozy. The location is great, we were close to bakery, restaurants, bar, Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
