  Dirty, even unsanitary hotel. Photos of the facade. Ants in the room and bathroom. No contact from management after requesting a refund.   A hidden fem in busy Paris

  Superb staff, stunningly quaint just off the Champs Elysee. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rooms are typical Parisian decor and this is definitely a great value for money boutique hotel in one of Paris's top areas.

  Good location, clean but inadequate facilities

  A good location, clean and bathrooms with efficient showers. However, having paid €950 for three nights I would expect all facilities to work. On my first night there was no accessible wifi in my room, the TV didn’t work and the room safe was locked open and therefore un-usable. I moved room for the subsequent two nights and while the wifi and safe were sorted, the TV still didn’t work. The breakfast coffee and buffet were satisfactory. With some effort on the part of the staff my stay could have been better but it would still have been of questionable value.

  Thieves! Worst hotel experience in europe

  I am writing this review now at 0530 AM on Tuesday 04-09-2023 .Coming with a friend for a quick 2 days vacation to enjoyBut the rudeness and bad attitude ruined out enjoyment and made us tired and truly angryThis is ABSOLUTELY NOT A FOOD HOTEL AT ALLThieves and liarsI am writing this as 5:14 AM where i kept discussing regarding finding a solution for the A/CThe rooms are with out A/C and told the manager since check in at 2 PM when we came to the hotelThey will keep lying at youMr.Lolo the receptionist was extremely rude , un behaved , shouting at us and kept lying at both of us my friend and myself when we kept calling for the A/C issue! He kept saying i dont have anything to do for you now , serve your self by your self , not my problem!We asked to fix the A/C more than 12 hours but no one helped , no one cared to assist with our bags in check inNo respect or welcoming during check in time at all !Very rude staff i mean it 100%Not worth the stayWorst experience i ever had in my life in a hotelMr Lolo the receptionist kept yelling at us ,raised his voiceMy booking is a room with A/cBut reality is notThe weather here is too hot in the room we were sweating and suffering and could not sleep although we had an important flight to catch in the morning!I demand an investigation run about this behaviorThey are thieves and liarsWhen i asked to refund my money as the room is not with A/C he said no!They basically will lie at you and CHEAT you!THIS HOTEL IS BOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!اكتب هذا التقييم بوجه حق دون مبالغةالساعه ٥:٣٠ صباحاً يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ ٥ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٣لا ينصح بالفندق ابداً يجب تجنبه وعدم المكوث فيه على الاطلاق بسبب الكذب والخدع والسرقه وعدم احترام الموظفين لنا ابداً!حجز الفندق عبارة عن غرفة مع مكيف ولكن الواقع عكس ذلك لقد قام موظفي الفندق بخداعنا بعذر انه لا يوجد غرف ولا يوجد حل للمكيف رغم ان عند الحجز عبر اقودا تم كتابة انه يوجد تكييف للغرف ولكن كانت عباره عن خدعه للسرقة! موظف الاستقبال المدعو " لولو " في قمة عدم الاخلاق ، وعدم التهذيب ، تعدى حدوده بالصراخ علينا حينما سألناه عن امكانيه تصليح المكيف او اجراء اي حل اخر ولكن جميع الموظفين لم يقومو بخدمتنا بشكل محترم ومتوقع.حجز الغرفه بمكيف ولكن الغرف في الواقع دون تكييف ولا يعمل وحينما سالنا عن الحل قالوا لنا انه لا يوجد حل ويجب علينا النوم بهذا الجو بالاجبار والقوة.هذا الفندق عبارة عن خدعة وطريقة لكسب الاموال دون وجه حق، لا انصح فيه ابداً! خذوا حذركملا الغرفه حجمها طبيعي ولا التكييف موجود ولا هناك احترام للزبون ابداًً.لم يتم الترحيب بنا بشكل صحيح عند الوصول من قبل موظف الاستقبال ، حينما اخذ هاتفي لرؤية نسخه من الجواز قام بالتعدي بالدخول على ايميلي الشخصي لارسال نسخه من الجواز من هاتفي دون اخذ الاذن بطريقه محترمه.جميع الموظفين عند الاستقبال لم يكونوا على اهبة الاستعداد لاستقبال ضيوفاجبرونا على حمل الحقائب بانفسنا عند الصعود للغرفه عن طريق الدرج!

  Excellent Hotel for Disney Land Paris

  We stayed here to visit Disney Land. The hotel has a free shuttle service every hour. The ride to Disney Land is quick making it very convenient. We stayed here for 2 nights and could make full use of our 2 day tickets.The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. There is a very nice shopping centre directly opposite. Staff were friendly and we had a quick checkin. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Disney Land Paris.
