    The hotel has a good location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, metro station, and the bus stop for shuttle buses to Beauvais airport.I don't know what the French evaluation criteria are. This hotel is rated 4 stars, but the rooms are very small, the furniture is old, there is no minibar, there are no facilities that you normally find in a hotel of this category. The rooms are clean, as are the linens and bathroom towels.During my visit the hotel was under renovation, scaffolding was installed on the outside and work was being done to repair the facade. A disturbing fact, but with very high prices for these conditions. The noise was disturbing if you wanted to rest during the day.The breakfast is ok, not very rich and diverse but good enough for a short visit.The hotel staff is extremely kind and polite, friendly to all tourists. For this I thank them and maybe I will return to them if they improve the accommodation conditions.

    I have stayed at this hotel several times. this was the first time for a vacation. This is a boutique hotel and the staff are always very friendly. We stayed four nights, the rooms are clean. The deluxe room was spacious for Paris. Breakfast is hot and ready on time. Booked a taxi the night before for the airport, and it was waiting for me right on time. The location is perfect for tourists: 5 min wall to the Argentine metro (gateway to the tourist stops), 10 min walk to Arc de T., many restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommend.

    AMAZING SERVICE. Birovka, Victoria and Ralave were first class and made us feel so welcome. The whole place was clean and the breakfast was perfect.Perfect location being only a 10 minute walk from The Arch De T.Would recommend in a heartbeat.

    Super little hotel. Has everything you need, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good, free tea and coffee at reception when you want it. Has lots of shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming, especially one of girls at the check in desk with short blonde hair, would always ask if we would like the last few pieces of chocolate cake at the coffee machine if we were passing and what would ask what we had done that day and also give recommendations. Very reasonably priced hotel, would definitely stay again.

    Stayed for five nights and pre- booked breakfast.Hotel room was quite small however had all required including a safe. The bed was large and very comfortable.Room and bathroom spotless.Great wifi service.The breakfast was basic with sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, meat ,cheese and cereal. French breakfast pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and juice also available. A great coffee machine was also within dining area.Small lobby also had a coffee machine and cold water machine to refill bottles.The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Our TV did not work and staff attended to it immediately, when the problem could not be rectified the technician was called and on our return to the hotel it was in working order.Staff were happy to retain luggage after checkout and stressed their facilities could be used until leaving to come home.The hotel is five minutes walk from local metro - Argentine and not more than ten minutes from The Arc de triomphe. Plenty of local places to eat.A great little hotel with outstanding staff. We will have no hesitation in booking again
