    took a little bit of tracking down as this is an upgraded F1 hotel with en suite facilities beyond an old one. Good room, helpful staff, basic travelling breakfast which suited us fine.     Wrong Signage, No Hot Water, No Towels, Broken Shower

    Advertised as a new hotel opening January 2019 - this is actually an old Premiere Classe hotel. It does not appear to have been up-graded or decorated since. Photo's shown on the advertising bear no resemblance to the actual hotel. The hotel name signs haven't even been changed making it difficult to find if you don't know.Towels are not provided - you have to bring your own or buy towels from reception. No liquid soap/shampoo is provided as in the showers of normal F1 hotels. Door numbers are written on bits of masking tape stuck on the doors. There was intermittent hot water in the evening - none at all in the morning. The shower head had been replaced with the wrong type making it impossible to use unless hand held. Wifi was temporarily unavailable in the morning.Parking is not secure, no fencing. Next to a former F1 hotel which now appears to be used to house immigrants.Otherwise relatively clean and the heating was efficient.

    I have never done a trip advisor before- but this experience was so ghastly I am doing one. Have used other premiere classe hotels & although basic they have been clean,welcoming & great value.The Nemours one could not be more different. We arrived at 9.30pm exhausted after a long & stressful drive (after reception had closed) & tried to get in using our credit card (which we have done fine in other locations). The machine was not working (another guest was also having the same problem). We called the phone number for help & when someone arrived- there was no apology. They told us it was our fault for not warning them we were arriving late.We were then given a key to a room in a corridor that looked like a ghetto- with masking tape over all of the door handles & room numbers written on the tape. Inside the room the heater was hanging off the wall & there was a tatty plastic chair instead of a bedside cabinet So unexpected- and this hotel lets the brand down badly

    We booked this hotel for an overnight and immediately regretted it when we arrived. The hotel is located at the end of a car park in what appears to be a less desirable part of town. As we parked our car there were people under the influence of some substance or another roaming the car park. Our immediate concern was our security. We did check in and made our way to our room. We splashed along the hallway carpet and found our non-smoking room. Having opened the door, it was clear that someone had been smoking something in the room. We did a quick about turn and left immediately, thankful to find our car still in one piece.

    So bad, we cut our losses and ran!

    Premiere could not be further from the truth. This hotel was situated in an industrial estate, adjacent to a hostel. There was much commotion at the hostel, with some of the residents hiding in the Premier hotel, there was no secure parking. Frankly we were very uncomfortable leaving our car there. And that was before we saw our room. We knew it was going to be bad as we paddled through the sodden carpet to the bedroom door. On opening it we were hit by a smell that I can only describe as a mix of ash tray and tramp. I would rather have slept in a public toilet than in that room! It was so bad we felt there was no point in asking to see another room. So with the lack of security, the dreadful state of the room and to be honest a genuine worry for our own safety, we left.
