    5 🌟 treatment - amazing hotel

    rating20 Apr 2026

I love this hotel. This is now the third time I have stayed with them and will be returning in September. It may be a 3 star hotel but they treat you like 5 star guest. The hotel is brilliantly located. I love the calm and tranquility in the hotel and the staff are fantastic. I love the breakfast room (pic attached). Everything about this hotel is wonderful and I love the quirkiness of it.

    Very Impressed

    rating17 Feb 2026

I visit Paris every year for work and for the past eight years I’ve stayed at a small boutique hotel around the corner called France Albion. As it’s currently closed for refurbishment, I needed somewhere nearby and this hotel looked like a good fit.On check-in I was immediately impressed by the entrance lobby and reception. The hotel has clearly had a full refurbishment — it feels modern but still keeps a traditional Parisian charm. I loved the wallpaper and colour scheme, and there’s a nice small bar area to one side. Upstairs, the room is compact but beautifully decorated, very cosy, and has a large TV mounted on the wall. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I didn’t have breakfast, but the breakfast room looked just as cosy as the rest of the hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s in a non-touristy area so it doesn’t feel like a tourist trap.I was honestly very impressed and this will now be my new go-to hotel in Paris. My only small criticisms would be that the room could do with an couple of coat hooks by the door and another shelf in the bathroom. The large modern TV also doesn’t appear to support Apple AirPlay, which would have been useful. Aside from that, absolutely superb.

    Solo traveler friendly!

    rating28 Dec 2025

This hotel was awesome for a solo traveler. The staff were very welcoming. I had gotten there super early so my room wasn’t ready but they happily let me do my makeup in the lobby area and brought me a cappuccino while I freshened up. They stored my bags until I came back. The room was tiny per usual, the bed was extremely comfortable. I would say the shower was uncomfortable small, that no matter what the water would leak out of the shower. Other than that I would def recommend if you want a hotel a little bit further from the center but still very close to Galeries Lafayette & Garnier Palais!

Great room, lovely staff and great location.

    rating03 Dec 2025

This was a wonderful stay. We requested a twin room in advance and the hotel kindly confirmed it ahead of our arrival. They even checked in with us beforehand to see if we needed any specific amenities or if there was anything they could do to make our stay extra special. The room itself was a little smaller than we expected, but it was comfortable, well-presented, and spotlessly clean—especially the bathroom and bedding. We also loved the charming view of the Parisian street below. The staff were warm, friendly, and more than happy to help with directions or recommendations. A great bonus was the unlimited complimentary tea and coffee available in the breakfast area throughout the day.Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a brilliant location with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely return.

Lovely little hotel, comfortable, well-located and with small rooms.

    rating03 Oct 2025

Lovely little hotel located within really easy walking distance of two metro lines. We came on the Eurostar from London and walked down from the Gare du Nord with our suitcases, it was all downhill and took about 20 minutes on foot. There are bars and cafes within walking distance and you're really only a short walk away from the shopping area around les Galleries Lafayette, too. I stayed with a friend of mine and we each had our own room, the rooms are really very compact and so is the shower. There was no fridge in my room and no milk for the coffee but the bed was really very comfortable.Lovely staff on reception, lift to all floors. We didn't have the breakfast, preferring instead to get a coffee and croissant elsewhere. Suitcases kindly stored for us after we checked out. The only negative for me was that that the walls were very thin and there was quite a bit of noise from the guests in the next room - but it wasn't so bad that it would put me off going back.Bus 40 stops very close by, taking you up to the Sacre Coeur without needing to use the metro and Furnicular, however if you do take the metro to abesses, there are lots of places to eat there too.
