    THEFT & STAFF COVER UP

    The room was accessed whilst in the gym. €100 stolen in cash (there is no safe in the the room). Wallet searched & credit card missing. Asked reception to call the police, check keycard access & gather CCTV. No help forthcoming. Apparently no log of any any keycard access & CCTV is only every other day.......... Flat refusal to call police as they said all they would say is, no access or CCTV recorded. Visible credit card attempts in progress before card was stopped. Unhelpful & disinterested. Do not trust your belongings at this hotel, nor the staff who either just don't care, or have reason to look the other way.....

    The room is too small, can't even put a standard check-in luggage size. Aircon is too noisy when turn on. Breakfast room is discriminating, assuming all Asian looking guests are tourists.     Very nice hotel. Fitness amazing, everything that i need, sauna! Also swimming pool but we didn’t used it.     I have been staying for several weeks in last 6 months finding comfort, courtesy and cleanliness. Excelent breakfast service. Not so easy but a refresh of the carpet in the rooms would be nice.
