    Do not stay here!! Bed sheets have bed bugs!! They are not properly clean!!

    Not worth the money. I was itching when I was sleeping on my bed. I checked their bed sheets and they are not properly clean!!!! I have a few bug bites on my skin. For the amount of momey I paid and I told them about it, they did not do anything. The room is not what I expected in the pictures. Their booking process is also confusing. I do not recommend people staying here.

    Standard rooms are so small that a couple could never fit on the bed. We had to change our room to superior room which had a bigger bed. Not enough light and the shower had no power. We would never stay there again. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a much better place. Not a 3 star hotel at all.

    Gets all the important stuff right - great value

    This hotel gets the important stuff right - the location is excellent, an hour from the airport, Disneyland or Verailles, great travel links, but also very quiet so no disturbances. Internet was great, fine for uploading tonnes of photos after a busy day. Staff were fine, property was clean and the area seemed safe. Beds were cosy and the room spacious. We heard nothing from any adjacent rooms or the street so slept well. Breakfast was buffet-style for the most part and totally fine for our needs; cereal, bread products, juices, hot drinks, eggs etc. Breakfast was free for kids but 15 euros per adult per day. So I would say the important stuff was fine and I'd recommend the hotel.My only small reservation is the bathroom, which is accessed via a pocket door that proved impossible to fully close - there was always about a one-inch gap. The bathroom was a little cramped and it was difficult to ever fully dry towels, for instance, as the ventillation wasn't great. The door could easily be replaced so it's curious that this hasn't been done, as I see the bathroom door has been raised elsewhere. But yes, very good indeed overall and great value.

    I stayed in this hotel while my three days trips to Paris in the year 2021. The hotel has no splendid building but is a great location to move around easily. The Opera House, Louvre museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Sen rive are within walking distance. The hotel serves visitors indecent manner.

    Stayed here with my two teens for 4 nights, our room was on the 6th floor with 4 single beds, Room was quite big for Paris standards ..it was clean and beds where comfortable.The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby, there is a little french one just round the corner with great food and lovely staff. loads of Asian places nearby.Opera Metro station is about 10 mins walkAll the reception staff where really nice and very helpful ,, give us great advice and helped me sort out printing Disneyland tickets (thank you!)I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
