This welcoming hotel is situated between Montmartre and the opera house, only steps away from the main train station "Gare du Nord" and the underground station with direct links to the Champs Elysées. Shopping venues such as Lafayette, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

Facility

A suite, 6 single rooms and 37 double rooms are available to guests. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Breakfast was excellent and with everything you could ask for AND we really appreciated the gluten free options. The hotel team members were friendly and always available to assist us with our questions. The location in Pigalle area was special...35 minute walk to the Seine/Louvre, and close to non tourist restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, well maintained and very functional (great showers, a desk, chair, nice sheets and pillows) . We loved the sweet and savoury treats available after 2 pm and the soft drinks water and coffee 24-7. Highly recommend this hotel. It was my 7th visit to the city and I was very happy to discover this hotel and neighborhood.     Fantastic City Hotel

    We visited Paris 14th - 17th April 2026 , and chose Hotel George after reading other travellers reviews . We were not disappointed. Great location main attractions only a 15 minute walk away . On arrival we were greeted by the staff who were very friendly and helpful , we arrived before our check but let us leave our bags in safe baggage room and told us our room would be ready in an hour . We went out to explore Paris and returned to a hotel George 5 hours later and checked in . We had a 3 bed room with roof terrace , it was lovely just the right size for the 3 of us . Decent size bathroom and shower . The beds were very comfy too and whilst there probably had the best night sleep ever. There’s a free safe in the room which was ideal for keeping passports and valuables safe . The free non alcohol mini bar was a great touch too refilled every day . Breakfast there was a good selection of continental breakfast along with , yogurts , pastries, juices and some warm food ( scrambled egg , bacon and hash browns / potato bites . Just right to start the day off , before exploring the amazing City . Even when we wanted to book a taxi the hotel staff sorted this out for us too . I would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning again soon . If your looking for a great hotel in a great location with a personal feel this is the place go .     Terrific value! Very well located hotel in the 9e. Easy 10-15 minute walks to Boulevard Hausmann in one direction and Montmartre in the other. Thoughtful and attentive staff. Very good breakfast offerings that get the day off to a great start. Light snacks and refreshments available all day long. With your room key, you can pop into the other Astotels for restroom use if needed. Rooms were clean and quiet. Though the room was a bit small, I understand from a coworker that all Paris hotel rooms are small. It was spacious enough for larger luggage for my two week trip and a dry cleaner/laundry conveniently located across the street, if you want to pack on the lighter side. The in-room desk was petite, but the cafe tables were available during the day and I found working there quite comfortable (and near the snacks!). The shower had terrific water pressure.     Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast

    A lovely hotel within walking distance of the Moulin Rouge with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast food selection. We used it as a base to explore Paris and the hotel is close to two metro lines for easy transport. A nice perk is the snacks which are available throughout the day and also accessible to you at any other Astotel hotels across the capital.
