HorribleI was in Paris for business and this was close to my office. The travel agent booked for one person but my wife was with me so they charged me for an upgrade and said they would put us in a room for two which they did not. Room was tiny and clearly for one personI had been in this same hotel the week before without my wife a d had a much larger room for lessThe WiFi kicks you off frequentlyI come to Paris for work about 8 times a yearWill never stay here again

Great as a base with extremely helpful, friendly staff. Stayed for mother & daughter 3 day sightseeing break, just wanted a clean, safe, comfortable room, based not too far from the main sights or transport connections in authentic surroundings, so this hotel excelled. We stayed in 401 at front of hotel with big opening windows overlooking the street with a bar just opposite seemed filled with locals, which wasn’t too noisy (though we were out late in the evening so may have missed the busiest times). Though room & en-suite shower room hasn’t been refurbished in a while, it was very clean (even under the bed when we separated them a bit), very comfortable beds, complimentary water with tea & coffee making facilities provided with optional mini bar. Daily housekeeping & drench shower was very good with clean towels & complimentary fixed bottles of bathing products, especially in heatwave whilst we were there. Highly recommend as price was more reasonable than surrounding options too.

A comfortable room at a convenient location

Room was a good size for a family of 3. Clean room and bathroom with comforable beds. It was a convenient location for the usual tourist attractions. We were pleased with the availability of breakfast from 6:30 a.m. It was reasonably priced with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and usual continental breakfast options. I stayed here whilst I was over for the Marathon in April. I would like to say the hotel was brilliant and the girl at reception was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel is really nice and I will stay here again when I’m in Paris. . Excellent hotel. Great location and very comfortable rooms. Service was great. Unfortunately the air conditioning was a problem. It worked on the first night but then next two nights it didn't and it was so hot it was hard to sleep. If air conditioning isn't a deal breaker I would highly recommend this hotel.
