  Worst hotel experience ever

  I am absolutely furious after our 2 nights stay stay at this hotel. After the 1st night my son woke up and he was covered in red bites I wasn’t sure what they were thought maybe mosquito but then realised they weren’t that, after the 2nd night he was covered even more in these red spot bites. We took him to the pharmacy and the pharmacist has confirmed they are flea bites. I am furious and very upset as a mum. His first 2 nights on holiday and he’s covered in bites all over his little face and body. I’m so angry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the cleanliness is a shambles. We are glad we are out of there and onto the next part of our trip. Wouldn’t stay there another second. We are very alert on the present suspisious of bed bugs. We take very seriously the information when a client inform us on this bites and I am very suprise you didn't tell anyone at the reception during your stay? Can you confirm? The room you stayed in have been inspected by the company specialised in bed bugs and they didn't found anything . We do have some mousquitos around, maybe it was this.   We've been there for 4 nights, no breakfast, and honestly everything went smoothly. Air conditioning was working fine, room was clean, price was a bit higher due to season but nothing unreasonable.We'd stay again.

  Stayed here for a night. Wasn't a good experience. The hotel needs some improvement. Aircon wasn't working properly. Tried to order some hot drinks downstairs as there was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee but for some reason the guy said we haven't got water. Disappointed with Breakfast.It was too many people at Breakfast. No space to sit. Just terrible. Better stay elsewhere.

  We ended up in this hotel due to a booking error, and given the reviews, we were a bit worried, but at the end the stay has been average. First of all, the hotel is well connected to public transportation and newly furnished, then our room was small but essential, and quite clean, Hotel staff was even more willing than expected.

  the hotel needs work. The elevators are dirty, reception is also dirty... definitely needs some work. The rooms, some smell cigarette or bad smell (hotel says it is non smoking). There is only one elevator at the reception.Expected better quality for a Campanile.
