    We stayed two night 19-20 april 2019, i had stayed different ibis hotel but This hotel is not good, rooms small, hotel location far from paris, you can choose metro(m8) for downtown of paris aproximate 45 minutes from cretiel to concorde square , breakfast contains crossant coffee and jam

    I only gave 1 star because it was the minimum requirement, to be honest, if i could I would give it 0 stars. The room smelt very strongly of cigarettes and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The springs were very prominent and caused back pain. no good food available around the hotel and a very industrial depressing area. The customer service was also poor and I would not recommend this hotel.

    The hotel was clean, nicely located, and the room was up to our expectations... other than the air-conditioning which was not working on a very hot evening. That was OK... we turned it off and opened the window. Temperature cooled down as the night turned cool. (Our friends in the next room didn't do that and had a very hot night!) . Really good breakfast, except.... egg cooker was not working properly, 'lait frais' was UHT milk, take-away coffee cups were supplied with the wrong size lid. Staff didn't seem to care about any of this.. or it was not in their power to fix it.

    aircon is only enabled as from May, it was end of April and very warm, so the room was too hot to sleep comfortably. Window did not open either.Dinner was ok, I had the organic lasagna and seasoned cheese for dessert.Breakfast: no hot dishes (well, you can boil an egg ...), but a very good choice of cereals also cold cuts and cheese available, as well as fruit. No fresh orange pressing machine though (have seen that in many Ibis before)

    I reserved a one king size bed room but I found two small beds attached. No hangers in the closet, very small closet actually, no safe in the room, no iron stuff (honestly I did not ask at reception), no kettle, no small fridge, ... very poor roomWifi was also quite poor, I tried to move inside the room to find a good signal without success. If you need to work through internet, I do not recommend this hotel.I could clearly hear the man in the next room talking to his wife on phone and this was 11:00 PM !! terrible voices isolation ever had.All these with 115 Euro per night !!! WHY?!!Positives: quick reception personal, good breakfast (they refill quickly the consumed food), and very near to Creteil europarc where many companies are there, so if you have a business trip to Europarc, then this hotel is a good option in terms of location. Take bus 393 and lesss than 10 min you should be there. If you ask why I did not complain at reception, because I stayed one night only and I did not have to time to argue.
