    I was booking a room at ibis epinay sur seine and i pay there and i was having emergency things so i didnt stay so i ask the front office to get the refund he tell me he will ask the manager and he will call me back but nothing happen really very shame thats happen in to me with ibis

    Ibis living up to its reputation and providing worthy adequate accommodation on the 3rd floor with a lift. Delightful young man on reception took to our car (a Mini Cooper) and begged us to leave it on the hotel forecourt! Good intel from reception on how to get into the capital and even gave us a printout of our journey. However the train RER C was under repair the whole weekend which scuppered our plans. Paris was buzzing (pre Olympics?) and I could give you at least 10 examples of the kindness of strangers but I’m short of time!

    Stayed here for 3 nights. Able to charge up electric car and it’s at a good price with a Freshmile card. All reception staff very helpful and polite. Was able to have a meal in the restaurant and normally I have enough room to do 3 courses but portion sizes was plentiful that I just could not fit in a pudding. As I had the car had my own pillow. Bed was firm and just how I like it. No noise in the night from other guests and they kindly made sure I was away from the lift. I’ve been in hotels before and woken up by people talking loudly whilst waiting for the lift that I now always request to be away from it. Tram is very close by (could see from my window) and was great to getting to Stade de France

    An unexpected stay

    We arrived here very late at night due to a cancelled flight , we had no luggage no phone chargers not even a tooth brush . The chap on reception was amazing , he gave us a phone charger to use , he arranged our room , arranged our taxi to the airport for the next morning, and made sure we had coffee and a light breakfast before we left . He went above and beyond and is a credit to the hotel .

    Typical Ibis room small but clean and warm, Good continental breakfast and service, bar staff pleasant and welcoming great for a few days break good links to get into the centre of Paris. The hotel has information leaflets in the foyer for travellers.
