  We spent 3 nights in the Ibis Etampes to visit family. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. A family member had mobility issues and the accessible bathroom was so useful. Lovely breakfast. Lovely bar to end the night. Very central to Etampes town. Beautiful ancient church overlooking the hotel. Thank you Erwan Jordan and Clarisse for making our stay so pleasant.

  Modern Ibis on edge of town centre. Good underground parking. Easy walk into town which does not inspire. As usual in France any decent restaurant is closed on Monday night. I would not come here again unless I had to.

  We were a party of 4 staying here for a wedding which was about a 20 minute drive away. Hotel was in a good location right next to the centre of the village with plenty of restaurants around. Reception staff were very helpful but did have to man the reception and the bar at the same time. This meant that ordering drinks could take some time. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Small shower room was well set out. Could have done with some sockets next to the mirror as I had to dry my hair from the reflection in the tv. Our room was at the side of the hotel so we had no issues with road noise. Bar/Breakfast area was a good place to meet up or to have a drink at the end of the night. Did not book breakfast but struggled to find somewhere close by that served breakfast. Saturday was market day and this was directly behind the hotel and great to wander around. Never stayed in an IBIS hotel before but for cleanliness and value for money I will probably stay in one again.

  Second part not so good

  I was staying here 4 years ago during a hole month and if was really nice. Quiet and clean room, very good breakfastand... This time, I got a facing-the-road-room and it is really Noisy. Moreover, there is a like a continous quite-annoying buzz coming from the ventilation system, even if the air conditionning is off. The breakfast is worst than before (worst bakery, no warm dishes (tortilla, eggs or sausages used to be there). The bar got incredibly expensive for no reason (4.5 euros for a bottle of water or 7 euro for a beer. Are you kidding me??). Finally, the room is not that clean, specially the window area, but of spiderwebs and a cigarette attached to the wall...

  Extrimely noisy, breakfast room too small and attendants not kind

  Book your room in advance specifying on the internal side of the hotel otherwise forget to sleep: the hotel is on a central way, just in front of a light and, during the night, impossible to sleep because of cars and trucks running! Attendants are not very kind and opened and breakfast room is large like a stamp: people risk to shout you with their coffees or food...absolutely not good for me!
