Refurbed and improved - good nights stay

Clean room to usual Ibis standard, Hotel has been recently completely refurbished. 20 mins walk or short Uber ride to Le Bourget train station makes easy to get into Paris. Car park gates were not closed at night - that would improve security.

The room is bad, but the reception service is even worse, particularly Mr. Roger M., who is extremely rude to customers. Will never come back here again and do not recommend tourists to stay here. You will get even worse experience in Paris..

Dirty room, filthy stained pillow, mouldy shower with broken hose, clump of hair stuck to towel, flickering main light.

Handy location for airport and Stade de France but in middle of industrial estate. Filthy hotel: - wine stained pillow which was changed, mouldy shower, broken shower holder, flickering main light, dark gloomy room. Night porter pleasant when he eventually emerged to let us in at 10pm.

We were booked into this hotel by easyJet after they cancelled our flights. It is quite far from the airport (cost about €50 to get there in a taxi) and situated in a very run down neighbourhood. Thankfully my husband and I were travelling with a group of lovely people we had met at the airport or honestly I would have felt quite uneasy staying in this neighbourhood on our own.The room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and there were tobacco shavings and god knows what else scattered around the desk and chair - I didn’t even sit my handbag on it! The room was tiny and had two single mattress toppers pushed together instead of a double. There were holes in the walls, mould in the bathroom and moth eaten curtains. All in all a bit grim.We didn’t go for breakfast but a member of our group told us we had made the right choice as there were ants crawling on the food! I would not go back to this hotel if you paid me! Definitely would not agree with its “3star” rating.

We where put up in this horrible hotel after easy jet cancelled flights. Its allegedly a three star lucky if it’s a one .The rooms where dirty and had damage to walls and smelled .Came down to breakfast asked for tea told there was no teabags .Totally basic breakfast and to top it off spotted ants on table disgusting.Avoid and if you ever get hit with cancellations don’t except this hotel
