    Good/Average experience

Stayed here for a school trip (40 kids including me)The beds are super comfy, had a great sleep just like I was at homeFor a small TV, it was good for what it isThe bathrooms were a bit cramped but I could live with itBreakfast was a strong point, I was completely fine for breakfastI like the public lobby areaThe location is good, near the motorway and Paris or Disneyland isn't that far awayThere are disadvantages though:Lifts weren't the bestI had dinner for one night at this hotel, and I didn't choose what to eat so everyone had the same thing, even if they didn't like itNo lock for the bathroom doorNo bin in the roomThere have been complaints about the staff being rude at this hotelI understand that this isn't meant to be a top spec hotel, but it is good for what it is

Above and beyond value for money.

As budget hotels go, it's spot on. The rooms are a tad small, and vould be seen as dated, but for the price you simply can't complain. 20 mins from Disneyland, for a very reasonable price. The bar/restaurant area is lovely, with plenty of other food options just around the corner. The staff were brilliant, and very welcoming. The private car park was also a bonus.

Very ok if it wasn't for the lack of a wardrobe

    rating10 Sept 2024

This has the potential of being a great hotel but it fails in one of the most important factors in the hotel and that is, the room's functionality. In a few words, there is not a wordrobe. We were 3 in a room, for one week, and we had serious issues as to where to put our staff. There is a wall occupied by a huge cardboard where they put the TV which could have easily been used to put a small wardrobe, some shelves ... while they dedicated a very tiny and unreachable space behind this cardboard to put your things. Just unbelievable. For the rest, it was nice. Brilliant position (a few steps from RER-A which takes you to Disneyland in 20 minutes and to Paris in 40-45 minutes), food places and supermarkets around, nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast ok.I would go back here but if they could fix the wardrobe issue, then it would be almost perfect!

    Good hotel for disney

    rating05 Jan 2024

We stayed here for new year. hotel is in a good spot for paris and Disney only issue for us Brits was the room was a bit on the small side and there was no tea and coffee in the room after a long bus ride to get there.breakfast is your standard continental breakfast with only a limited selection of hot food if you are only sleeping there and up and out for the day then it's a good hotel as the area it is in doesnt have a lot going on.

Terrible staff, small rooms, need a proper review of their organisation

    rating06 Nov 2023

In late October we all came to Paris on a Netball Tour in Disneyland Paris. In total, there were 49 of us including 40 teenagers. We have been on many trips abroad so our girls were well-mannered and knew how to behave in public and at the Hotel. However, we had a terrible experience while we stayed at this hotel. 1. The rooms were externally small and the girls were put into triple rooms where the rooms could only fit two people in at a push. 2. There was NO storage space so, the girls had to keep all their clothes in their suitcases, which was not ideal when they had no extra room anyway. 3. The main problem we had, was the very rude and ignorant staff at the hotel. Every morning/ evening they would come to us with complaints and problems we caused as a group. I can assure you, we dealt with any problems and our students were blamed for everything happening in the hotel when on numerous occasions this was not the case. This was constant and every time they were extremely rude to coaches and students.4. We even escorted the students to their rooms and still, we were causing problems. We felt very unwanted by all the staff. 5. They even threatened to ask us to leave and even fine us!!!6. We were told by the company we came with, that the hotel would allow us to eat outside as a group, which meant we would be out of the way, however, we were kicked out of this outside area and the girls were made to eat in their rooms, with little space and more 'complaints' taking place. The only positives of this hotel was that it was clean and had a good breakfast. I would never normally leave such a poor review, but I feel this was needed to address these problems. I would never recommend this hotel, and they knew they were taking on a big group of teenagers before this. For the future, their staff need addressing for future customer service and overall attitude.
