  I was working close by and this was the closest hotel to the site. I arrived quite late - but, the staff were brilliant and helped me check in very quickly. From arriving at the desk to entering my room was under 5 minutes. I was too late for dinner; but I did enjoy a drink at the bar before retiring for the evening. The room was quite small - but, was more than adequate. The shower / bathroom was a good size and provided a hairdryer, which I wasn’t expecting. The room was very clean too. I was, however, disappointed that the bed was two single beds put together - it was quite uncomfortable and I had to alter my sleeping position. I would of also expected a kettle in the room for hot drinks, too. Despite being close to a main road - there was absolutely no noise and I slept well. The breakfast was adequate. There was a decent selection of breads, cheeses, cold meats and hot scrambled egg. The coffee and juice as tasty. Plenty of it.   Tiny room but good aircon

  I travel to this area alot for work, but I have never stayed in Melun. I think the room rate was higher than normal as the Olympics were on, but having stayed in other hotels in the area, they seem better value for money.Rooms are tiny, luckily it was only me in a double room. It was clean, although the housekeeper did throw away what they considered rubbish, which I actually wanted to keep. They also left a wet cleaning cloth on my trainers, which meant they were soaked.One day housekeeping had come and removed the used towels, but didnt make bed or leave fresh towels. (This was the same for my colleagues also staying in the hotel).Breakfast was ok, very nice bread and pastries, but fruit covered in fruit flies, scrambled egg very overcooked. Aircon was very good. Often hotels in this area have poor aircon, it was very hot during my stay so this was fantastic. This means I probably would stay here again in the summer.   Under the bridge is much better

  Worst Hotel on earth! Better live under a bridge really. AC is not working, No waterpressure. No vegan options. Very noisy. No English skills. Rooms are next to the Lobby and guest sining until middle of the night. So if you have to sleep, you cant!!!

  A different Ibis near Paris and Disney Parks

  A different Ibis. It rained and we canceled dinner at a restaurant in the city... the meal we had at the hotel surprised us with its quality and service.   Good facilities. Not good service.

  The hotel was in very good conditions but the service was not good. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and they had ran out of dishes on the menu and even ingredients and dressings! It was advertised that the staff spoke, besides French, English and Spanish. Most of them didn't.We spent two nights there nad they didn't cleaned up the room properly.On the day of checkout, we had left our baggage for storage and when we came back for them there was no one at the front desk after we had buzzed two times and waited several minutes. melun ibis, General Manager at Hotel Ibis Melun, responded to this review Dear Francisco, Thank you for your return following your stay with us.
