  Filthy, Mouldy and inconvenient.

  We stayed here two nights at the start of march. Our bathroom had mould both above the door and in the shower. On top of that 2/3 of the charging ports in the room would work on and off. The sofa bed was covered in stains and pubic hairs, we had no sheets or blanket so we asked for some. The person at the front desk gave us sheets but the refused to give us a blanket telling us she couldn’t. When we asked the next day we had to wait 20 minutes whilst the receptionist was on the phone to who we assumed was the manager to see if he could give us the blankets which he finally did. When we returned Saturday night the front door was locked and after ringing the bell for 5 minutes we realised no one was actually at reception so we had to pry the doors open ourselves. On our last day we paid for 4pm check out only to return at 2:30pm to grab our bags for us to be locked out of our room. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.   1. Cost for the quality is very very poor! cost was $451 for two nights!! 2. Moldy bathroom3. Horrible odor 4. Rude staff did not care5. We were told only two people fit per room but the room sleeps up to 3 forcing us to pay another $450 for an extra room that was not needed

  Great stay. Walkable to metro. So many food options. Very safe neighbourhood. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Smooth check in check out. Staff was wonderful especially Leo. Good size room and good bathroom. Has an elevator and a bar too. All in great experience

  Hotel is located in a very convenient location, less than 1 km from expo. Charlse De Gaul airport is about an hour away by car. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. An averge person can bearly sit on the commode as it is tucked in a tiny space between the walls and shower ccubicle. Shower cubicle is also very small and no toiletry provided except all purpose liquid soap. That said, this is acceptable for business visits when all you do is come to the room to sleep. The sleep quality was great. Room was silent, warm and bedding and pillows were great. And the breakfast was super one with a full spread and with a nice assortment of cheeses, breads, cereal etc etc. You can have a chill time in lobby with a drink at any time. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended for business visits.

  We couldn't turn on the AC. The system was off they said during this time of the year. ?!!? That was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that did not allow me to use the AC. THE FIRST. And to think this is Paris. Anyway on top of that, the bathroom door is so annoying because it wouldn't stay open. It automatically closes, like what's the deal. It has no exhaust so keeping the door open would have been helpful but we couldn't even let it stay open. Upon checkout they charged me breakfast for all days when we never had breakfast in the hotel. And so unprofessional you see workers sitting on the check in counter. Never coming back and do not recommend!
