  Basic hotel not what I expected

  We arrived and got settled in our room and discovered our toilet would not flush. We were going to be moved to a 2nd room but I inspected before we moved to find the toilet seat was broken. 3rd time the room was ok. We asked for more pillows because the pillows were very thin and not supportive. They said they didn’t have any. It was very humid and hot and NO air condition. We opened the window to be bothered by bugs and cigarette smoke coming in to our room. The Lift was scary! We were afraid it would break down with us in it anytime we used it. The lift door made a terrible noise as it closed. The lighting in our room was not good. Wondering why the sink was in the opposite side of the room from the toilet????? We loved and enjoyed the restaurant next to hotel, Twillsons.   Please sort out the way you organise breakfast for your guests.

  Very helpful reception staff. Gave us directions to nearest bus stop and metro. We were there during the Paris olympics so transport to and from the venues was important. The hotel was quiet and the bedrooms were spotless.The organisation of breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed for 3 nights. on two of the mornings there was no bread, croissants, pastries, scrambled eggs/bacon out on display. No one seemed to come out and check if items needed to be replenished regularly. We waited patiently for 10-15 minutes and then I had to go to the Reception desk two mornings in a row to ask them to try and sort it out. This felt very awkward. There was a further 20 minute wait while the kitchen prepared all of the above. We were trying to get out the door to travel to the Olympics so this was not great in terms of service.

  Very good location of the hotel, near the metro station, good base for exploring Paris, great service, very good breakfasts and clean. Very helpful reception, especially Mrs. Agnieszka, but also other reception staff. A good base for Paris Marathon runners!   I've been there often, it's a good place if you have to work in Gennevilliers. The staff is very professional and smiley. Good respect of the barrier gestures. The room was very clean. The hotel is well organized to let in and manage the food deliveries.   Large size parking is best asset

  Rooms are OK but better windows could protect more from street noises. Not sure how heating was supposed to work. Did not ask though. Very friendly guy at front desk. Large size parking is great but unfortunately parking flood lighting did not work.
