    It was great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of choices. The hotel staff is very helpful and gentle. They all certainly deserve a raise!!! The room was nice. It is high time you provided safe boxes in the rooms as it is common now in all three star hotels. Improvements should be done in repairing minor deficiencies in walls, carpets and common spaces. You should change immediately all the towels. They are old!! I would stay here again for sure!!

    We often stay in Ibis hotels in the larger cities. Decent room. good price. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from Place d’Italie with its metro stop, taxi stand, and buses. Very quiet street. Decent breakfast, worth the price if you don’t want to just grab coffee and pastry. Good staff.Only dislike is the shower. It’s controls are confusing, there is both a overhead rain shower as well as a handheld. No real shower door, just 1/2 partition glass. It took me all 5 days I stayed there to be able to operate it without getting water all over the floor.

    The staff is nice but the driver booked at the hotel, that took us to the airport told us one price at the hotel and then overcharged us when arriving to the airport and got aggressive when we told him that wasn’t the price he had told us. License Gx 443 LR . They should not have this driver doing this to hotel guests. Terrible.

    beds comfortable. breakfast tasty and varied. wake up call and taxi reservation reliable.my only complaint was the price.

    It was really beyon our expectations. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood (at least in November), very clean hotel, fresh and deliciuous food , fiendly staff always ready and happy to help.
