  The coordination between this hotel's reservation desk and that at Booking.com is extremely poor. I made a prepaid reservation through Booking, that Ibis Paris CDG did not confirm. I called to ask they confirm because I need to be sure I have a room, and BTW where is my money since this is prepaid? They said they cannot help with anything related to Booking. Amazing, they will take the $ paid through Booking but they won't confirm reservations made through Booking!? And of course Booking has only a text box for customer service. What a mess these two reservations desks are.If you want to make a reservation with this hotel, please go straight to their website; do not use Booking.

  The selection was very limited didnt cater to kids at all, the breakfast for full english terms comes to eggs and sausage that's it nothing else so disappointed. Not only that but staff where very rude after not using a tray for my plate on the table never seen them and never needed to use a tray since I was at school what a joke

  Hello! The Ibis Styles Hotel is very good, the breakfest is nice, for any Star wars fans, come here because it’s full of Star Wars pictures and things! There are toys 🧸 to play for little children,when you go inside, you will see a wall full of games, it looks like a tv 📺 and I played there for hours. That very fun! Just that my temperature didn’t work, that i didn’t like 😢. And when you open the window 🪟 you will see bird poop and that’s….. well yea. The coffe is not so good. But over all i Liked it! ✈️🇫🇷

  Decent hotel for an early morning flight or layover.

  Generous four and would be closer to a 3.5 rating.The location is perfect if you have a short layover at Charles-de-Gaulle airport. The location was fabulous and made getting from the terminal quick and easy. The room was decent; however, the ‘bed’ for our daughter was broke and unacceptable in a hotel room. It was very uncomfortable and not conducive to a comfortable sleep.We paid a lot of money for the breakfast in the morning and it was subpar. More options for the cost are warranted.The bathroom was extremely small but workable. A suggestion of a proper curtain or shower glass would be needed to stop the floor from getting soaked.I would stay at the hotel again if on a quick layover but only if there was two of us.

  If you value sleep, I recommend the Pullman next door. Will list issues with my room:Room temp was 25 degrees and thermostat did not work - way too hotNo amenities whatsoever in room (no: tissue, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)Carpet in room laid over cement floors -- like walking on concreteElevators small (2 people with luggage max) and impossibly slow (waited 10 mins at 6:45am)No coffee mugs in room -- had to wait 15 mins in line at bar to get a mug to make a cup of tea (in the lobby, since no kettle in the room)Mini fridge in room? LOL definitely not -- don't even get a tissue to blow your noseNo door on shower meant water soaked the bathroom floor and with only 2 thin towels meant 1 had to be used to wipe wet floorLoud noise like scraping on the floor above me meant I had difficulty sleepingLONG lines at desk to check-in; staff not friendly, not sure I would be either if I had to deal with those lines day in and day outNo USB outlets in room to charge devicesI would never stay there again -- would pay a bit more for a good night sleep at the Pullman next door. Caveat emptor.
